"The rooms are a little dated; minor things like a door handle not working or streaks on the wall from the AC might be present, but overall the rooms are spacious and modern. The bed is comfortable, and there's no noise. The elevator takes a long time to arrive. However, overall it was a comfortable stay. When I checked in, they upgraded my room for two days and put me on the 30th floor with a beautiful city view. After two days, they changed my room, and that room was also good with a city view, but on the 10th floor. The service was fine; they changed towels and made the bed."

"We booked this hotel because it's part of the Novotel chain, which is worldwide. It's a bit older, but the rooms meet all expectations and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with the Lotus almost directly opposite. The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach, but there are only 12 for ALL guests, so it's better not to count on them, especially since they are in the 4th or 5th row from the sea. There are always empty sunbeds closer to the sea for 400k VND (for 2). Breakfasts are excellent and varied. The hotel left a good impression, even though we only stayed overnight and had breakfast there."

"The hotel is conveniently located, and everything is clean. We had a two-bedroom suite with a sea view – absolutely amazing! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 The breakfast was very diverse; everyone is sure to find something they like. You can eat at the restaurant on the 4th or 5th floor. The 4th-floor restaurant is less crowded and quieter. During peak hours (breakfast), the elevators get packed, and you might have to wait a little. The hotel offers free sun loungers on the beach, but there are very few, and spots get taken early in the morning. On the sea-facing side of the hotel, there's an entrance to a three-story shopping mall with a supermarket, which is very convenient, and there's also a Starbucks. Now for a few minor downsides that didn't bother us but might be critical for others: Vietnamese people constantly honk their horns while driving both cars and motorcycles, so there's pretty much round-the-clock honking (we stayed on the 19th floor, and the street noise was quite loud. However, the soundproofing between rooms was excellent; we never heard our neighbors). Vietnamese people wake up early, and since there's a beach club on the beach, music started playing there around 5 AM. They do exercises, and periodically there were mass swims in the sea. Overall, if you're a heavy sleeper, this won't bother you; you just get used to these sounds and stop noticing them. The beach is large and wide. To the right of the hotel (when facing the sea), there's a public restroom. Showers at the beach club are paid, but if you walk about 200-250 meters to the right, there's another beach club where you can rinse off for free, and there's also a restroom. We rented paid sun loungers (300,000 VND for two loungers and an umbrella) right by this beach club, and we had no issues. There's stinging plankton in the sea; it's not fatal and doesn't leave burns or redness, but it's unpleasant. We were there at the end of June; the sea was clear for the first few days, then it started bringing in seaweed and trash, which wasn't very pleasant. We really liked the hotel and will definitely come back again."

"Good price and and relaxing room. The rooftop was great during ***** New Year as we could see the fireworks and hear the music from the comfort of the hotel. They let us leave our luggage in the hotel early after our sleeper bus at 6am. Good location. Beautiful beaches."

"The view and the location is perfect. But the service need to improve, I send email or try to contact the hotel thru the app before I check in, they don't reply at all. And the rooftop swimming pool is not open to all people, need to booking and pay extra fee to access, obviously cheated by the intro..."

"The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Nha Trang Beach, about a 3-4 minute walk away. I was originally booked at the Artnest Hotel next door but they didn't have a room, so I was moved here. Compared to ArtNest, the breakfast isn't as good, but everything else is pretty similar! However, on the second day, I was moved to a sea-view suite on the 10th floor, and the ocean view from there was quite nice!"

"For the price, it's a perfectly cozy room. The air conditioning works, there's a toilet, a shower with a bathtub, a hairdryer, and a small balcony. It's just one road crossing to the sea. The room is cleaned daily. The downsides are that there's very little cutlery in the room, no fork or knife. There are only a couple of coffee cups and a couple of glasses. So if you buy fruit, there's nothing to cut it with. Also, the mini-fridge in the room wasn't working."

"The room is excellent for its price, located on the second line, with all amenities within walking distance. Parking is a complete disaster for cars; there's rarely a spot available near the hotel, and the security guard isn't willing to move the scooters parked in the designated spaces. Plus, there's a mango tree that could drop fruit on your car at any moment. And importantly, THE BOTTLED WATER IN THE ROOM IS NOT FREE!!!! They'll tell you this at check-out."

"I stayed at this Wynne hotel from 8/6-11/6/2026 for a family trip. I have to say this time I booked the hotel, was a very good experience and worth every single penny. I did search for other hotels, read through many reviews and found this hotel was a truly amazing. Even though it doesn’t have a pool but who care because the beach is just 1-2 mins away. All the facilities in this hotel are totally new, brand new as they just open in 2026. What impressed me the most was the toilet area. It was clean, light up mirror and water dispenser was super shining without any stains. The room was decent size and specially it doesn’t have a smoke smell like other hotels which I had booked before. Inside the room also have safe to keep our valuables. Buffet was included, with many choices of food and have a partly beach view while we enjoyed our breakfast. The lady boss was friendly, served us with welcoming smile and asking if there anything that we didn’t satisfy then they can fix immediately. Everything is perfect with just this range of price, even my parents also very satisfied with the service at here."

"Everything was pretty decent, but it just didn't feel right. The standard rooms don't have proper windows, just narrow slits looking out onto a wall. There's nowhere to dry clothes, though there are plenty of laundromats nearby. The food was okay, but no coffee machine – just drip coffee from a kettle. Beach towels are provided, but they're very worn out. The location is the biggest plus, and there are many Russian-speaking guests. They fine you for drying clothes in your room 😂 first time I've encountered such nonsense; I understand for durian and mangosteen. Getting fined for taking food from breakfast... it's like it's okay, but also like a concentration camp. We booked this hotel to save money so we could go on non-stop excursions. Before this, we stayed at the Hyatt, then moved to a 4-star Sheraton."
