Didn’t expect it to be this good—everything matched the photos and description. The location is a bit far (about 100k VND to the city), but I actually enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Wasn’t planning to leave a review at first because I didn’t want prices to go up 😄, but my partner said it was only fair since the hotel really made our stay comfortable.

The stay was smooth overall. The room looked tidy and had everything I needed for a short visit. I didn’t spend much time inside, but it was a comfortable place to come back to and relax after being out most of the day.

Little details, like bedside outlets and the cleanliness of the sink area, actually make a big difference in your mood during a stay. This place handled those small things quite well, so being in the room felt comfortable and smooth; you didn't constantly feel like something was missing.

It’s a relatively new listing so just want to give some info about my stay. The location is a little tricky to locate on google maps but the address is easy to find on the Grab app, so there’s no issue to get around. A 10 min ride from the Thao Dien shopping area so it’s really convenient for shopping in the city. The rooms are huge and spacious and all the furniture are on the newer side. Bathrooms are big too even though you might run into some faulty sinks or showers which you can contact the reception to fix. It genuinely felt like staying in a villa from the 90s but the limited number of rooms really helps to make the place feel like it’s your own home. You can sit on the chair by the balcony with a book to end your night. Very peaceful. There is no reception so make sure to contact the hotline when you arrive. You just need to get the code to the keybox and you can enter your room already. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to stay around and relax. There’s a couple of coffee spots nearby so it’s really nice to immerse with the locals in the morning for breakfast. For the size of the room and relatively new furnishings, the price is a steal.

The room was clean and nicely arranged, making it comfortable to stay. The bed felt fresh, air conditioning worked quietly, and the bathroom was well maintained. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing

The customer service was very friendly and patiently answered my questions. They were also happy to assist me during the days from check-in to check-out. The house was clean and hygienic. For this price, the room was large and there was no sense of oppression like in a hotel. The location was very convenient, with many popular restaurants nearby. I will choose to stay here next time.

This time, two families including mine and my friends' came to travel together. The accommodation was okay, but nothing too surprising, and it differed somewhat from the pictures. It felt like it hadn't been well-maintained. On the day we arrived, we had to wait a while to find the person responsible for check-in. Also, a major issue was that the taps only dispensed water when a sensor was activated, but we didn't expect the sensor to be hidden deep inside a corner of the cabinet below. And even after pressing the sensor, the water only flowed for about ten seconds, which was very annoying and inconvenient. Furthermore, the hotel's reception desk was often unattended. Overall, I'd give it a 6 or 7 out of 10.

The room was amazing! The location is perfect, not far from the city center and in a quiet area with cafes and all possible shops that you can imagine. The apartment is spacious but not perfectly clean, met a nice friend with a moustache once.

This stay truly exceeded our expectations! First, I have to praise the hotel owner, Jason. He's incredibly warm and considerate, and he's both helpful and generous. He went out of his way to assist with any requests, which was really heartwarming. The front desk staff also spoke fluent Chinese, making communication completely seamless. This was a huge plus for us tourists who aren't very proficient in foreign languages. The hotel thoughtfully provided currency exchange services and even arranged our transportation, which saved us a lot of hassle and was incredibly convenient. Even more surprising was that this hotel is panda-themed! There were panda-themed photo spots all over the hotel, which were adorable and made for great pictures. Every photo we took looked fantastic, satisfying all our photo-op needs. The hotel's location is also excellent, situated in an affluent area that feels safe and comfortable. Plus, transportation is super convenient, making it easy to get to any attraction and saving a lot of travel time. Inside, the hotel was impeccably clean and tidy everywhere, and the room decor was very thoughtful, making for a truly comfortable stay. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the amenities nearby are comprehensive, catering to dining, shopping, and leisure needs. The overall experience was perfect, and I'll definitely choose Panda Garden Hotel again next time I visit!
