I was satisfied enough to extend the day I didn't expect. Korean family visitors will be satisfied. Facilities, cleanliness, structure, swimming pool (charged), luggage storage service before and after departure (host inquiries) are all satisfactory. The location is ambiguous if you have to pick up the unfortunate thing But grab delivery grab boarding is no problem. I am willing to visit again !!!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel other than it is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in in our life!!! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it is just such high quality we couldnt believe it! Probably the first time I have wrote a review while still staying at the hotel I am that impressed! Before we even stayed AnAn was so kind she let us move our booking as we had visa issues which from the start surprised me. Every single staff member is just above and beyond in kindness. I don't know how the manager has managed to put together such a great team. The play room is perfect for our child. The pool upstairs is from another planet. It's amazing. We would never expect something like this at the price point we payed. But then I guess it's that price for a reason as there is construction outside but that's not the hotels fault so you can't bash them for that and especially at the price point they are charging. They are doing there best with the hand they have been dealt. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in ha long. Just bring ear plugs so you can get a great sleep like I did. It's definitely worth the tradeoff!!! Oh another random note, the lifts are probably the best designed lifts we've seen too! No waiting, insanely fast! Kudos tho whoever did that, also the bathroom is stunning and also bigger than all but one of our rooms at home. A huge thank you to Mui too she is the loveliest lady and done an amazing job on our room every day!

The Watson Premium Hotel is in good location, very near the port where the Ha Long Bay Tour commence. They have good selection of food for breakfast altho we find almost the same set of dishes the following day (we stayed 3D2N only) except for the pork dish that has been replaced with chicken. Still, it is still great. Clean and big bedroom. And most of all, staff is great! Shout out to Jenny, who took good care of us and our needs. As a first timer in Ha Long, she is our google on where to, how to and our need to.. she is just a message away and very willing to help. This hotel is budget friendly but has great amenities. Just hoping not to bump into a group of drunk guests with loud voices on the lobby or anywhere, that made the experience different on our first day. Otherwise, the hotel itself is doing a great job.

The hotel is magnificent and pristine. Staff are wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful. I cannot praise them enough for the work they do. We booked an Executive Suite and it was exactly described, very spacious and well appointed. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced. Excursions and airport transfer easily organised by the staff in minutes. Unfortunately our stay coincided with a large Indian wedding which occupied a lot of the hotel. The Bayview buffet restaurant was off limits to non wedding guests meaning breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were served in the other 2 restaurants and while they were both beautiful places to eat, I felt we were locked out of the ”heart” of the hotel. Certain parts of the hotel grounds were also being used for wedding events and their DJ and music was loud when trying to relax by the pool. However, nothing prepared us for the all-night party that took place last night. Seeing as it was our last evening and we had a 24 hour travel day today, we decided to have an early night. We were initially woken by very loud music well after midnight and it continued ALL night long....the volume reduced slightly just before 6am!!!!!! The hotel is horse-shoe shaped and this event was held outside near the pool so the sound was amplified by the building itself. Certainly not what we signed up for. We feel the hotel should have informed us earlier about the event and at least we could have made an informed decision on whether we wished to stay there or not. I feel we were deceived and didn't really receive the full benefits of this amazing resort.

Initially, when we first arrived, I didn't really understand what kind of place it was. There is a construction site around, fences on the way to the beach, a disco on the beach at night, to which we didn't immediately understand how to get. But then I appreciated all the advantages of the location of this hotel. 5 minutes in one direction and you are in the European restaurant Papa's. 5 minutes in the other and you are on the beach with a shower. There are several supermarkets nearby, if you need to buy more, you can take a taxi to Winmart. Of the entertainment nearby attractions, you can also try yourself in a nearby casino, and go on a sea cruise on Halong Bay. Just wonderful. We wanted to stay for a week, but we decided to extend our stay for more. The fact that many hotels around are closed is wonderful! But the beach is empty, by the way, no sand fleas were found on it. And a lot of cafes and restaurants with delicious food in any direction of the coast. We didn't make a mistake with the choice of place! As for the staff and the hotel itself, it is very friendly and polite. Cleanliness is fine, but I don't advise eating in the room so that there are no midges. There is water in the shower dripping on the floor in the toilet, but for this I will not lower the rating, for me this minus is insignificant. The beds are hard, but not a problem: in the closet you will find additional blankets that you can put for softness. In general, my recommendations! I'm glad we've been here

The first stop in Vietnam, very good. First of all, the front desk guy (Xin) communicates smoothly in Chinese, and he is very nice and enthusiastic! Second, the hotel is non-smoking, which is very friendly to young ladies traveling with children or those who don't like the smell of smoke. Third, the internal facilities of the hotel are reasonably set up, and the supporting facilities have Chinese prompts! The room layout is comfortable! I will consider Royal Halong Hotel next time!

Hotel was okay, but the service was terrible. We had our laundry done through the service the hotel provided, but our clothes came back with a hole, shrunken and with weird stains. When we explained the situation, they offered to refund us for the service, but not for the needed repairs (for the clothes worth many times what we paid). The man who helped us did not speak English and had us call somebody else or he communicated through Google Translate. They took no responsibility whatsoever. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Had an incredible stay! The atmosphere was so welcoming—I met so many people in the common kitchen and at the nightly pub crawl. Everything was spotless, including the shared bathrooms. The staff were super helpful with local tips. Highly recommend for solo travellers!

The hotel is very good in every detail from the front desk to the room and bathroom. The decoration is very beautiful and clean. The breakfast is simple but enough. The price is cheap, 144. There are quite a lot of guests staying in the hotel, including Europeans and Koreans. The hotel is quite popular. Support support.
