"The rooms are great, and the view from the bathroom is breathtaking. It's clean and nice inside. And the massage is simply superb. We stayed for 5 nights and regretted not getting a massage on the very first day. We would have gone every day if we had! The hotel offers a 50% discount on massages, and every 4th massage is free. They do it really well there. My husband and I absolutely loved it. Definitely get a massage right away. The room location is a slight drawback, in my opinion. It's on the second line, and another gigantic hotel completely blocks it from the front. It obstructs the sea view and the sun, so the pool ends up in the shade. Otherwise, everything is wonderful. You absolutely must get a massage!"

"I can say this hotel has a great location in Nha Trang, close to the bank and the cathedral, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel has a nice vibe and the room itself is comfortable. However, there were a few issues during my stay. I booked a queen bed but received two single beds. The staff tried to solve it by combining the beds, but the middle area was still uncomfortable to sleep on. There were also some concerns with room access. A cleaning staff member entered my room while I was inside. I assume the “Clean Room” button may not have worked and I didn’t activate the “Do Not Disturb” button, so that may have been the reason. However, on the second day, while I was leaving my room, a staff member tried to tap a card to enter my room in front of me and saying that I was supposed to check out. I showed my booking confirmation and she apologized. I also reported it to reception, but they also mentioned that Im gonna going to check out. 🤔 I believe better communication and awareness among staff would help prevent these situations. As a solo traveler, this made me quite concerned about the safety of my room. I still hope this case couldn’t happen again due to I honestly still prefer this hotel."

"I accidentally stumbled upon this new hotel run by the Sheraton chain. At first I booked for only three nights and then extended my stay for three more days and I really didn't regret it. The hotel is indeed packed with Russian and loud Korean tourists and the city is packed with Russians and uneducated Koreans. Is it annoying? It's very annoying when everything is tailored to the tastes of these tourists. Everything is written in Russian, Korean and Chinese. And the prices are just outrageous. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious and quite clean. Despite the tenant I found on the bed and despite my pajamas being thrown on the floor more than once. It's very annoying. The service at the reception is pleasant and very friendly and always very happy to help. Everyone has a smile on their face like in Thailand years ago. The apartments in the dining room are very, very friendly and very good. The breakfast is very excellent, I give it a 10 as a score. I must say that the tourist, especially the Russians, loves free food. They load up on huge amounts of food. But they put sugar in the coffee 😂😂😂😂. Will I go back to the hotel? Yes, despite the unpleasant tourism. Just ignore it."

"My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, especially as a solo female traveler. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They regularly checked in on me, called to make sure everything was okay, and were always attentive and helpful. The room was spotless and was cleaned thoroughly every day. The pool area was relaxing and beautiful, and I really enjoyed the cocktails and coffee. During my stay, I wasn't feeling well enough to explore the area, so I spent most of my three days at the hotel, using my room and ordering room service. The only downside I experienced was the cost of the room service. In my opinion, the food was quite expensive for what was offered, I enjoyed a full three-course meal at another hotel restaurant for the same price as a single room service order. That said, this was the only negative aspect of an otherwise wonderful stay. Before booking, I noticed a few negative reviews and was a little hesitant, but after experiencing the hotel myself, I genuinely feel that management is making a real effort to improve. The property was very clean, the service was excellent, and it seemed clear that they are taking guest feedback seriously and working to address past concerns. Overall, I had an amazing time and would gladly stay here again."

"Spacious room with a modern feel, close to the beach and in the Superior room (ours was room 1406) we had a wonderful balcony with sea view, out of the sun. Large pool shame it's indoors and dark with no sunshine. Under-used. NOT outdoors which Trip says it is. Gym is amazing, best I've ever been in. Not busy and it seems they have some classes. The breakfast closes a bit early at 9.30am but if you're a westerner I wouldn't bother. It's lukewarm Vietnamise style food with awful coffee. However good coffee shop downstairs. Bathroom floor floods because there is no shower screen. Little far away from the action / main beach but only a 15-20 min walk."

"Excellent hotel! The breakfasts were absolutely superb! We really looked forward to getting up each morning just to go down and eat 😂 It's cozy and located in a quiet area. Daily cleaning, fresh towels, water, and toilet paper. Our room had a sea view 😍 There's parking for bikes, a laundry service, and a swimming pool. The staff are friendly, and there's a co-working space on the ground floor. We highly recommend this hotel! We'll definitely be coming back here again!"

"I paid for the room when booking through Trip.com and notified them of my arrival time the day before. However, when I arrived, the door was locked and no one was answering the phone, so I waited. After meeting the homestay owner and struggling to communicate using Google Translate, I was about to rest in my room when they suddenly started shouting loudly on the phone and told me to leave. I later found out that they had demanded I leave, asking who I was, without verifying that I had completed the reservation and payment on Trip.com."

"Had a wonderful stay at Havana Nha Trang Hotel. The location is excellent, close to the beach, food options, and many attractions around Nha Trang. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast selection was good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and relaxing. The only small issue was the air conditioning, as it seemed fixed at 23 degrees and could not be lowered, so the room was not as cool as expected. Other than that, everything else was great and I still enjoyed my stay very much. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang."

"For the price, it's a perfectly cozy room. The air conditioning works, there's a toilet, a shower with a bathtub, a hairdryer, and a small balcony. It's just one road crossing to the sea. The room is cleaned daily. The downsides are that there's very little cutlery in the room, no fork or knife. There are only a couple of coffee cups and a couple of glasses. So if you buy fruit, there's nothing to cut it with. Also, the mini-fridge in the room wasn't working."

"Iconic: We booked a room with a partial sea view on the 19th floor. It faces a noisy street, so the noise starts early in the morning and continues late into the evening from the nearby bars. There are no slippers in the room, only flip-flops. The bedding and towels were all clean and white. For two suitcases in a double room, there wasn't really enough space to properly unpack; I had to constantly open and close mine, otherwise, it would block the walkway. There's no dedicated suitcase stand. For some reason, the water pressure was weak compared to all other hotels we've ever stayed at in Nha Trang, and the hot water wasn't very hot – only comfortable at its maximum setting. Breakfast was average; I wasn't particularly impressed. Even our previous hotel, which was a lower category, had better breakfast. For example, there was no cheese at all here. Overall, it's clean, tables are cleared and set quickly, and you can always find a spot. Beach towels were always available."
