"The service was very excellent.I was welcomed with warm hands and it was no fuss very easy to go and come to my room.Facilities were working although I had my hopes high thinking Netflix works however it’s not a fuss .I enjoyed the food ,was very very delicious and nice 🥰.A very beautiful view surely I’ll come back next time
What I was disappointed at Was my door being stuck and unable to open which I think it jammed !!Had to wait about 30 min for my door to open and I didn’t see any full toiletries however I req one but came just like that and took forever to arrive ."

The hotel breakfast was plentiful, the surrounding area felt safe, and there's a supermarket downstairs, which was very convenient for shopping. GGuest UserStaying at Foreva Wild is a wonderful experience, the staff are super-friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is comfy. Location is great since it's inside the nature reserve , and as I was driving around I spotted plenty of wild animals! There are also guided safari drives nearby which were easy for me to book. The lodge is secure and clean. Breakfast is delicious. Wi-fi is okay , some spots are understandably slow with connection. Recommend using mobile data or bring your own mini-router/dongle. Overall, good value for money and you can be sure to be well taken care of at Foreva Wild !

The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The security is excellent . The Host was great and responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or queries we had.

TT_zixWe had an amazing stay at Menlyn Maine. Although our stay was short, the staff were professional. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is secure and is very close to Menlyn Mall and other malls and cute restaurants nearby. Our only complaint would be that we could not use the laundry service because it takes long for the clothes to be returned. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Would recommended to both non picky travelers and the boujie girls.

GGuest UserThe guest house staff were very friendly, and could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, the English breakfast was good, but there were no choices. I could not use the swimming pool because it was being cleaned.The guest house is conveniently located in a relatively safe part of Pretoria East and is near big malls.

GGuest UserUpon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored.
Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside.
After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay.
The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message.
From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable.
Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

The room was amazing, the temperature was comfortable for this cold weather and the VIEW was spectacular !!!!!
The Lodge is also safe to go for a nice run or nature walk.

YYvonne NgemaWe came from Stay Easy Mbombela in Mpumalanga which we came to know was renovated maybe 2 years back and looks stunning so our expectations were high. Stay Easy Pretoria has an old style inside the rooms, the furniture is just brown with no personality. We didn’t have a fridge like we did in MP. There was an ice machine on each floor. The dining area is small and as there was a soccer team it got full quickly and it was hard to move around. I wouldn’t really say it was value for money.

However, the noisy was so bad. People were screaming and singing, talking. I even ran out of the room due to hearing a woman screaming so bad. If I was not too tired, I would've stayed up all night. Maybe because it was a Friday night. If you don't mind noise while you sleep, it's ok to stay with many people.
