Le bâtiment est magnifique et bien placé (près de la plage). Les appartements sont magnifiques également, très grands, très bien équipés.
Le premier bémol est que c'est assez bruyant (rue très passante, voisins...). Mais le plus dérangeant est qu'il n'y jamais personne à l'accueil : tout se fait par internet !

We're just spent 10 days in these wonderful apartments. They are truly exceptional with literally everything you could possibly want during your stay and more! Location is excellent and the bifold doors onto the balcony were much used and appreciated. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and always available outside reception hours without delay. These apartments need to become a chain throughout Europe!

Booked a two bedroom duplex for family of 4 staying 12 days. We were blown away on arrival. The apartment is of very high quality with well thought out fixtures & decorating. It’s wonderful to find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine & free underground parking in a hotel. Its a really special place The beds are comfortable & the noise is almost nonexistent once the electric shutter is lowered for the night. The location is excellent for restaurants, beach & super market We are already planning to return here! Recommend to all

Es uno de los mejores apartamentos que he estado, casi seguro que el mejor. Por todo, limpieza, ubicación, decoración, equipamiento incluido el precio. Muy recomendable. Y si vas en silla de ruedas, como yo, mucho mejor, perfectamente qdaptado

Perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. Ottima posizione, vicino alla spiaggia, ai supermercati e a tanti locali. Il parcheggio incluso è un plus, visto che per strada è praticamente impossibile trovare un posto. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ottimamente arredato, letti comodissimi e dotato di vari confort come teli mare, lavatrice e macchina nespresso. C'è tutto quello che serve, compreso kit pulizia con spugnette nuove sigillate e pastiglie per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Davvero nessun difetto, se proprio devo dare un suggerimento potrebbero fornire un numero maggiore di capsule caffè, commisurate al numero di notti.

What an amazing place with very professional and friendly service. The rooms are amazing, clean and look like they have basically never been used before. This will be our first choice the next time we come to Las Palmas. Highly recommended.

Muy limpia ubicación, muy buena incluso para aquellos que no están automunificados, la decoración era muy moderna. El personal, aunque no está presente en la estructura siempre estaba disponible. Las instalaciones de la casa eran súper completo y la cama era muy grande y cómoda. La única pequeña cosa a señalar es que el apartamento interior incluso durante el día era poco luminoso, no estar expuesto a la luz del sol.
