Facilities: Very comprehensive, with a washing machine and dryer, which was extremely convenient. Cleanliness: Generally good, but the stool in the room wasn't wiped clean, and there was a hair tie (likely left by a previous guest) in the corner of the sofa. The hair in the shower wasn't cleaned for the entire 3-day stay, which makes me feel the cleaning staff's work needs improvement. Service: The front desk lady was very thoughtful and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was abundant – definitely a highlight! Environment: Quiet and elegant, no smoke smell, which was great.
