WONDERFULL experience! This is a brand new boutique hotel in a superb location in Kensington in a quiet street opposite a park. Very close to Earls Court tube station. When I booked there were hardly any reviews so I wasn't sure what to expect but it all turned out wonderfully. We stayed in a suite with a lovely decor, gorgeous bathroom with bathtub and a nice view of the park. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely recommend 100%.

During my stay, the staff at Ellen Hotel were very enthusiastic and helpful. I was also very happy to meet Helen, the general manager of the hotel. The hotel facilities are gradually opening and there is free self-service laundry service. However, there is only one washing machine and dryer at the moment, so you need to queue up. Waiting in line, the room is very clean and comfortable, the refrigerator provides paid wine and soda, the bed is of moderate hardness, the pillows are not too soft, there is a hot towel machine in the bathroom, and the TV can connect you to Netflix and YouTube. It can be seen that the hotel is very dedicated to providing quality services to its guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!
