"We stayed at this all-inclusive resort expecting a relaxing and fun getaway, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. Cons: • Plumbing issues: We had problems with the plumbing in our room, and when we brought it to the staff’s attention, they were unwilling to switch us to another room. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. The photos attached shows the plumbing issues. Toilet was running yellow/brown water, the sink was running yellow water, and the shower was not draining. All those photos were shown to the staff and they informed us to keep the water running for 5 mins until it’s clear. It did not clear so we demanded to be moved to a different room. • Food was mediocre: The buffet was average at best, and while the resort advertised other dining options for dinner only, those restaurants were reservation-only and not open during our stay — very disappointing. • Lack of activities/amenities: There wasn’t much to do on-site, and the limited amenities made it feel more like a basic hotel than a full-service resort. • Unhelpful staff: Most of the staff were not proactive. We had to initiate every interaction — they rarely approached us or offered help unless we went out of our way to ask. Pros: • The bartenders and servers were the highlight. They kept the drinks flowing, were friendly, and made the best of an otherwise underwhelming experience. Overall, the resort has potential but needs serious improvements in customer service, facilities maintenance, and dining options to be worth recommending."

"The resort has friendly service in every aspect. I want to congratulate the team at Pergola because they made our dinner very special, especially Chef Alejandro and our waiter Jorge. Speaking of the restaurants, in my opinion and my favorites were: Pergola dinner ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Whale View breakfast ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sakke ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Suspiro bar ⭐⭐⭐ Cafeteria ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bacalao dinner ⭐⭐ The drinks were genuine; they weren't diluted with some other cheap alcohol. You have to keep in mind that not all restaurants are open every day; checking on the app is practical. There's a swimmable beach 10 minutes away in front of the Hilton; it's not the one directly in front of the hotel. Good variety of activities. The music isn't as loud as they say. Excellent view and long infinity pool, but it's not heated. Adults-only resort."

"The hotel is old and located on a noisy street downtown. Even with the windows closed, it's still quite noisy at night. I wouldn't recommend it for people sensitive to noise. The most outrageous thing was that I booked a room with a sea view, but on the first night they put me in a room facing the road/construction site that was incredibly noisy; even the refrigerator was noisy. The service, however, was good, and the staff were quite friendly."

"The service was superb, the rooms were spacious, the pools were divided into family and adult pools, and there was also a golf course. The entire hotel was like a botanical garden, which was truly a luxury in arid Mexico. The food at the hotel was very expensive; it's recommended to take an Uber to nearby restaurants instead of letting the hotel staff call a taxi for you, as the price would be equivalent to the round-trip Uber fare."

"There were broken and overly worn out stuff in the bedrooms. Food quality/variety at buffet was questionable though better at the a la carte restaurants. Cheap liquor options."

"This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. This time, the largest infinity pool was under maintenance, so I didn't use the jacuzzi at all. When I first searched for this on Trip.com, if it had appeared somewhere, I would have chosen another day, but I didn't see anything written about it, so I'm very disappointed that I couldn't include it. I went there looking forward to the pool."
