The hotel is located in the city center and is very convenient for travel. There are many shared trams around. The room is located on the 40th floor, with an excellent view overlooking the Luo River, a visual enjoyment. The projector comes with membership and the picture definition is very high. Downstairs of the hotel is a food street and a large shopping supermarket. There is also a wetland park nearby, which is only a 5-minute walk away. There is also fitness equipment in the park, and the air is fresh, perfect for walking. In addition, it is very close to Wangfujing, Wanda Shopping Mall, etc. There are also the best shopping supermarkets in Luoyang nearby, making eating and shopping very convenient. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and provide attentive and meticulous service. They even went downstairs to show us the parking spaces, made tea for us and gave us snacks. Thumbs up👍🏻The hotel is clean and tidy, with complete supporting facilities. What's even more surprising is that there are disinfectant wipes. Towels, toilet mats, nail files, laundry detergent, etc. In short, this is a very recommended hotel. The room price is cheap and the price-performance ratio is very high. The experience is perfect. I was unexpectedly upgraded to a first-class room. It was very big, and the bathroom was also very big. The shower and toilet were separated. There is a green forest outside the window, and you can actually see magpies playing in the trees. One window is a bit broken and a bit old, but it doesn't affect the overall situation. There are actually various books to read in the room and in the corridor. I didn't expect that I read one every night. The location is very good, very close to the Longmen High-speed Railway Station. There may be road problems and a detour to the hotel. It feels like it takes 10 minutes to drive, but it really doesn't take more than 5 minutes to get to the high-speed railway station from the hotel. It's just past the main road at the door. The nearby Metro Line 2 is also very close, no more than 500 meters away. The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, and the service is great.

Close to Longmen High-speed Railway Station, I chose this hotel for the convenience of taking the high-speed rail. The transportation is convenient, and it is not expensive to take a taxi to Longmen Grottoes. The hotel is equipped with disposable toiletries and is cleaned every day. We left the car at around 5 pm, and the hotel helped us to check out late for free. The only drawback is that there will be a banging sound at night

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

This hotel is on the top of a 30-level office complex, it is not very close to the town center, it takes about 15-20 minutes taxi to the old town tourist area. However, the room size and the design are at the 4-star levels; all the hotel staff is well-trained and polite with an unlimited supply of bottled drinking water which I consume at least 5-6 bottles every day. I was on a trip and used the room as my remote office for a week and it is quiet and pleasant.

GGuest UserWe come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The night before leaving, the depar**ent leader also visited me and brought me gifts that I like, exquisite, cultural, and books that I particularly like. The hotel can give them all to me. The food is delicious and not expensive. The room is super large and well-equipped. The cleaning lady does a good job of hygiene and left me a small note with many heartwarming words on it. The handsome guy at the door greets and sees off, as well as the beautiful girl at the front desk and the staff who open the elevator. Everyone left me a very good impression! If I will come back! I will also recommend friends and relatives to come and stay. The handsome guy who sent us to the station before leaving also left me a very good impression! Thank you for your hard work!!!

Continue to feel the cultural atmosphere of Luoyang, the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties/the land of China...
1) Location: Located in the core business center of Xigong District, the hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the Jiefang Road Line 2 Transfer Center (Line 1-2) and 30 minutes from the train station. It is very convenient to catch delicious food in the surrounding area.
2) Environment: It is biased toward young-style fast hotels. There are 6 types of decoration styles to choose from (Tang Yun, Circle Mystery, Transparent Era, Roman Holiday, and Walking in the Clouds). The ”blind box” type opens the rhythm, with a bright lobby and a glass mirror elevator. , all kinds of furniture and furnishings are relatively simple and fashionable.
3) Hardware (dry goods): This time I stayed at Tang Yun, with a red + dark brown tone, in-room bar, high chair, mini kitchen (excluding heating accessories), refrigerator, air evolver, disinfection cabinet, coffee machine, and Kung Fu tea set , the sanitary area is not equipped with a smart toilet.
4) Service: The service may be weak due to limited conditions (parking at the door). After entering the store, you are greeted politely, paying great attention to customer needs, and completely responding to your requests (I have stayed in many hotels and you can definitely get it here 👍), free / The reception service is also very complete.
5) Meals: You can enjoy free fruits, drinks, dairy products and snacks/simple meals every day. The buffet breakfast (Chinese and Western + Japanese) is quite rich. Among the Chinese dishes, the most worth tasting are: 1. Beef soup (optional)🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, 2. Mutton fried dumplings🌟🌟🌟🌟, 3. Hong Kong style money belly🌟🌟🌟 .

AAiyayoung【Location】The hotel is located in the Longmen Grottoes Scenic Area. I heard from the locals that this hotel is a place for reception. It is located between Baiyuan and Xiangshan Temple (internal communication, but both are guarded by iron generals). It has an excellent geographical location and is a must-see hotel for (night) tours of Longmen Grottoes.
【Facilities】Really old and outdated, such as the bathroom and recreation center (gym) seem to have entered the last century. But after all, it is an old hotel, and it depends on everyone's preferences and focus. Finally, I chose to stay in. The overall greening, service, and meals of the hotel are still very powerful, and they complement each other. After all, they are playing outside during the day. The shower water is hot spring water. Greenery can be seen when you open the window.
【Service】The service is warm and patient, really nothing to say, the service of the old guesthouse is nothing to say, and it is given super five stars. Provide high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off service, and the vehicle is a high-end business car. The Guanque Pavilion Tea Room on the 4th floor of Building 5 can overlook the Longmen Grottoes (night view) is very beautiful, and you can relax all day. The hotel provides a battery shuttle bus.
[Food] Breakfast is very rich, mutton soup and tofu soup are recommended. There are both Chinese and Western food (the toaster needs maintenance).

1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat

5) stored our luggage for free
6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out
Cons:
1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away
2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me
Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

A bathtub in the room - a shower would be more convenient. The shower head is fixed, so if you are tall, you will need bend slightly to have a shower.

AAnh-BaoGreat bargain given how insanely big the rooms are. I booked a room with queenside bed, bathroom, sink, shower AND bathtub but I was also shown two family rooms that have multiple beds and even living rooms. They were also super affordable.
The hotel has no restaurant so you cannot have breakfast there. However - plenty of restaurants are within a 5 minute radius. There is also a supermarket and a couple convenience stores within 3 minute radius.
The rooms and public areas are kept pretty clean. However - the various areas are in different states. The reception looks like it could need a renovation yesterday. The hallways leading to the rooms look pretty new while some of the rooms (e.g. family rooms) look pretty fresh while my room looked like it is close to being in need of a bathroom renovation. However - it was clean and still in good enough shape and in terms of pricing it was an absolute bargain. I paid way more for much worse in places like Shantou or Paris.
Would I stay there again? If price levels remain the same I would absolutely stay there again. Very nice staff.

You can take a bus to the White Horse Temple the next day. It is very convenient. The hotel is clean and the price is not expensive. The bosses are very friendly.
