"Great river view from the window."

"The boat dock to the opposite shore (east bank) is located nearby, making it a very convenient location for sightseeing on the west bank of Luxor. The room was clean and well-cleaned, but there was little lighting and the overall impression was a bit dim. Those who like bright atmospheres may find it a bit bothersome. We had breakfast in the restaurant attached to the hotel, which was bright, clean, and very relaxing. The food was satisfactory, and the owner's service was polite and warm, so we were able to spend our time there with peace of mind. There is also a small pool on the premises, which is perfect for relaxing between sightseeing. I recommend this accommodation to those who want to enjoy not only sightseeing but also a relaxing time. I was very satisfied with the price, and it was an overall good stay."

"Amenities: Excellent! The room amenities are the most comprehensive I've seen in the 10+ hotels I've stayed at in Egypt, including slippers, loofahs, and a bathtub. Cleanliness: Very clean. "My room and my neighbouring room share one door. And we can hear clearly what our neighbouring room guests are talking. The facilities are not quite convenient."

"We originally booked a room that cost over 1600, but when we went to check in, everyone enthusiastically told us we'd been upgraded and took us to our new room... We immediately felt something was off – wasn't this the room that goes for just over 600? They clearly downgraded us without permission and tried to pull a fast one... We immediately went downstairs to the front desk, showed them our hotel confirmation and the room type we'd booked... They calmly led us to see our original room type, saying it was under renovation... I asked, 'Then why are you still selling this room type online? If you know it's not available, don't list it!' Then they gave us a bunch of fancy excuses that were just plain nonsense! After that, they took us to a suite, again trying to convince us it was the best room in the hotel... Yeah, right! The bathroom was in a dead-end corner, so it's probably a suite that's rarely used... Today, when checking out, they asked us how we felt about the hotel. Oh, it was great, especially that 'room upgrade' service you offered us at the beginning! If we hadn't complained yesterday, you probably would've just gotten away with it, wouldn't you?! Haha 😂"

"While I can overlook the dated equipment, the lack of hygiene in the room was a serious issue, the linens looked like they had not been replaced for a new guest. Additionally, the breakfast service felt very restrictive, with a limit of only one egg per person"

"During peak check-out hours in the morning, only one elevator was operating. I don't know what the management was thinking. Also, a drawer handle fell off when I pulled it, and the faucet came off when I turned it on. I quickly put them back, afraid of being charged for damage. Maybe this is just the Luxor standard. You can see hot air balloons from their rooftop, though!"

"The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I arrived quite early by train, around 9 AM, and she was incredibly accommodating, offering an early check-in after just a 40-minute wait for the room to be prepared. The place is very quiet. Getting a taxi to attractions on the East Bank is easy and costs around 50 EGP. The surroundings are lovely, and you can even watch hot air balloons from the terrace!"
