首先前台衹到18點，這之後到店的都要提前聯繫獲取開門密碼和方式。中國人可能就給安排最低的樓層，房間很臟，幾乎沒有做清潔，所在位置還不錯，但是街道很亂，感覺不太安全。而且很吵，窗簾是半透明的，要把木窗户關上才行。整體都不乾淨以後不會再住了。

我住過法國、德國、意大利的酒店公寓，但馬德里這間是我體驗感最好的！房間裝修的簡潔温馨，非常乾淨，家用設備齊全（有廚房，洗衣機，洗碗機，咖啡機，微波爐）。前台服務人員很開朗熱情，還幫我定了flamingo的演出。酒店位置絕佳，在繁華的商業街裏，出地鐵站走路兩分鐘就到。再回馬德里一定要再住這間。

The location of the hotel is very good, there are many restaurants and supermarkets when you go out. The attitude of the staff is also very good. But the facilities may be flawed sometimes. My bathroom door can't be closed tightly, and it is directly connected to the bedroom with a glass door. It will be a little awkward if you don't take a bath with acquaintances.
