The service was great. We upgraded to a premium room with a kitchen, a swimming pool, and breakfast. The breakfast tasted great. I highly recommend staying here. The service staff was polite. I have to give a thumbs up to Ctrip Travel. We went to another hotel in Manila Chinatown, but we couldn't check in because there was no water. Ctrip contacted the hotel to check and immediately contacted us to go to his hotel for free, and compensated us for all our taxi fares. The service speed and attitude were great. I highly recommend booking a hotel on Ctrip. Thank you Ctrip Travel.
