Riad Arabkech

I didn't like it at all. No baby bed when I arrived even though I was promised that I would have one. Fortunately, they made me a bed. No coordination between my initial discussions with the owner and the staff who knew nothing about it. Even about my excursion that I wanted to organize. I had seen on the website that the Riad offered massages on site, but in the end I learned that it didn't. Which is not reliable and fair information on the website which clearly misleads the customer. I was told that it was an error on the website so it's a lie. Very, very uncomfortable bedding, hard as stone. They didn't clean my room one evening, telling me that I had to put up a sign when I wasn't informed of this need on arrival. I could have been informed. My baby's father came to visit us during the day and he was received like a dirty dog ​​as if he had nothing to do there. Room equipment unsatisfactory very basic. It does not match the photos. The air conditioning does not work. I was hot. The breakfast was not good. Elastic bread, undrinkable coffee. Party atmosphere not at all family, noisy. Avoid with a baby. Alcohol on sale. Being Muslim if I had known I would not have chosen this kind of Riad. Only positive point room decoration. The staff tried to do their best to make up for it but it was not enough to convince me. Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 |

The reviews were good and I trusted them. Dirty bathroom, I paid the tourist tax 5€ while you pay a maximum of 3€ and the taxi 20€ and I had to wait 20 minutes alone at night because the guy had fallen asleep! So I honestly do not recommend it! They are kind, eh, for goodness sake! But the service is not the best! I changed riad and I had a great time! Also I did not sleep because you can hear everything from one room to the other

Sinceramente creo que no hay mejor lugar para alojarse en Marrakech! Si el riad es bonito y nuestra habitación ideal, el trato, la amabilidad y gran profesionalidad de Khalil fue, sin duda, lo mejor. Tengo muy claro que cuando vuelva a Marrakech, será allí pero antes, me aseguraré que Khalil siga trabajando en él. En todo momento se ofreció a acompañarnos o recogernos donde estuviéramos para no volver solos si así lo deseábamos y en el Riad, siempre cuidó que nunca nos faltara de nada. Nos sentimos como en casa!

Hello, on arrival, direct transfer to another catastrophic riad? The next day, we returned to the riad reserved in Arabkech where we could only get a room the next day out of 4 days, so we only spent 2 nights in accordance with the purchase of the stay. Following this, it rained in Marrakech, so we bought an umbrella which was stolen from us the next day. Finally, we had to call in the police from the 2nd district to be able to get some clothes back. Ban this riad because they really did everything to ruin our stay.

Bellissima esperienza. Le stanze sono accoglienti e sempre pulite. Si può richiedere la pulizia e il cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. La terrazza è magnifica e permette di passare le serate in pieno relax a bere il thè. Lo staff è super disponibile, attento ad ogni minimo particolare e molto ospitale. Un ringraziamento particolare per Moha e Khalil che ci hanno accolte e intrattenute.

Bellissima esperienza in questo Riad. Ottima accoglienza e attenzione nei particolari. Ambiente amichevole e rilassante. Posto ideale dove riposare dopo una giornata intera in giro. Un Grazie speciale a Moha e Khalil per averci ascoltato e guidato alla scoperta di Marrakech.
