I had to go down to the reception 3 times, there was no toilet paper, and no towel, and I had better wait for them to give it to me, and if they lack too much maintenance, and are very dirty, the room needed a lot of cleaning, The bathroom door didn't even close, the latch to close the room didn't work, the internet doesn't work and you don't get the signal either, the sheets on the bed looked dirty, and the pressure in the bathroom shower wasn't much. It was cut off, and I was not the only one at reception complaining about the same thing, there were several rooms, it is not worth it even though its view of the sea is very nice

I made my reservation and then I saw the terrible comments about this hotel. I was about to cancel and look for another option but in the end "we raffled off" (don't let anyone tell us). And honestly it will not be the newest hotel, it does need maintenance but our 2 night stay was very good. Excellent service ⭐️. The staff is super attentive and friendly.

No wifi, no tv signal, 1st day no hot water in the shower, restroom ceiling falling apart, restroom sink old and patched, bathtub old and not well maintained, patches on the ceiling on top of the bed, cracked glass on the sliding door to balcony, bedroom door not aligned to be able to lock it with the safety lock but it does close.

Es un pésimo lugar, sucio, con hongos en el techo de baño, está abandonado, mala actitud del personal, con 2 excepciones. Porqué ******* ofrece algo así. No vayan, no hay camastros suficientes en playa. Mal restaurante. Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel y se perdió ese dinero. De verdad es una estafa. Lo contratamos por la zona, que es lo único bueno. No vayan cuiden su dinero.
