I was waiting for check-in, and when I checked in, it turned out that my bed had already been used by someone🤣🤣 I had to wait again. It's still very very hot in the room. The air conditioner didn't work and the fan was very noisy.
There is a common area - terrace, kitchen, luggage room for a fee. Close to the Duomo, there are good bakeries nearby.

the accommodation was 100% disaster, I only like the location, the room and the toilet were very dirty and the air conditioning hardly worked.
I don't recommend anyone to go there, I should have gone somewhere else too

I had a rather disappointing stay at the New Generation Hostel in Milan. The experience started off on the wrong foot with the hostel charging an extra €10 for check-in after 23:00, which felt quite unfair and inconvenient.(this information missing while booking on trip.com)
Don’t get in free Breakfast trap! The breakfast provided was minimal, consisting of just a coffee and a croissant, which was quite underwhelming. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hostel left much to be desired, and the location was far from ideal.
Overall, I found the hostel lacking in several key areas and would not recommend it.

One of the worst hostels I have stayed in. It was hot and I kept sweating all night, the fan doesn’t even move. There were lots of mosquitoes as well. The guy who was at the reception at night was so rude. I asked if it was safe to go out at 1am alone, he replied yelling ‘this is not Costa Rica or wherever you came from’. So, overall a terrible experience! So, I decided to cancel booking for the next day knowing I won’t get the refund, yes, of course I didn’t get the refund, but it’s okay then to be treated like that.

Room support to be ready at 2pm but i can't go in until 3pm, bed is wiggling,shower room super small space,noisy place, no electricity whole night but front desk still had electric so strange,attention they want you online check in otherwise will cost you more 3 euro for manual check in, it's suck policy
no one will notice that super small word on email and i never seen any hostel or hotel need customer do the online check in. All i say is true, i suggest the people who want to stay here please don't.

Unbelievable to charge so much money for a hostel. The night before we were in a 4 star hotel for the same money. The facilities are poor and outdated. Air conditioning didn't work

Parking is very convenient! The front desk is conscientious and responsible. I met two Iraqi dentists. They chatted and were very friendly to Chinese people. Then three children from the UK came. They took off their shoes and the smell was a bit strong. Alas! Young people are full of blood and there is nothing we can do.
