Because business activities came here from hot Africa, I encountered a whole day of snow flying and dancing, and the real ice and fire were two days. The hotel room is very comfortable, worthy of its own standard, breakfast can be a la carte and self-service, a pleasant three-day stay.

Great service! Did not have shuttle available but was close to bus lines and staff was very pleasent. Room was cozy and clean, house keeping was very accommodating and friendly. Considering the pandemic occuring at this time I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

At that time, 18-year-olds were not allowed to check in. I asked the taxi from the airport to help the driver to submit the documents... It was a very social experience! The front desk service is also very good, very reasonable. The layout of the room is ok, it is a bit small. Although the window inside is only half of the wall, my room is just on one side, so there are two side windows, the view is still very good, at least you can see the light right. The environment is very quiet.

Check in was ok... Although clerk stated they were full when we arrived after midnight and we had booked thru their Res Dept. Once she found out I was a diamond member she then changed her attitude! Pool is down due to some funk in the pool
Breakfast was so so, eggs were very salty! Coffee should be available all day but they only have it during breakfast hours, however, they will give you packets for your room but no creamer so I need to run over to Walmart to grab some!

I had to book a last-minute hotel due to a flight delay. This one was more budget friendly than the other options. It also had a free shuttle bus (that I believe runs 1 per hour). The hotel is a bit run down and older as you would expect from the price but the bed was comfortable, room was clean and the check-in staff was nice. There is 1 restaurant walking distance but it closes at 10pm.

Stayed at the hotel due to the weather! Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions. They also did a great job clearing the snow early the next morning from the front entrance and parking lot. Will definitely stay again!

Started out poorly, as the receptionist was asleep (2am) and I had to climb over the counter to wake him. The dining staff were very friendly and bright for breakfast. Room was fine.

I hesitate to write this because I don’t want it to become too popular and I won’t be able to get a room! We stay in the Twin Cities quite often, and feel like the Hyatt Place is a hidden gem. The room was spacious, we love that there is a separate sitting area from the bed and a work station. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Service by staff was excellent, very friendly. It was our first time staying there but we were welcomed as though we were regular guests. I wasn’t expecting much from the free breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of breakfast offerings. We will be coming back!

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a must—I booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options.
GGuest UserI love this hotel, and have stayed here several times on trips to the Twin Cities. The staff is professional and helpful -- always. The valet parking retrieval is quick -- always. The rooms are exceptionally clean, beautifully appointed, have no funky hotel odors, and I have wonderful large windows that let in beautiful light. The bathroom is modern and well-designed, large and luxurious. I always stay in a king corner room where I can literally sit in the wonderful wide window ledges to drink my coffee and look out over downtown Minneapolis.
GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn when we visited for a concert. The skyway connection to the State Theater (and the entire skyway system) was very convenient. I was worried about the parking situation, but it turned out to be ok with a skyway connection between the public parking garage and the hotel. Be aware that the parking rates can add up if you use that garage and are leaving and returning a number of times in the same day, but for overnight parking it worked out well. The room was comfortable, the staff was very good, and we had no issues here.
SStanI would definitely recommend this hotel to people and I would stay here again. It looked like it was newly renovated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very chatty and gave us good service. Especially the two guys who worked the evening weekend shifts at the front desk. The location is perfect , parking is in a garage across the street and many bars and restaurants are within waking distance. Very good value for money!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very new, but the decoration style is still there. It includes free breakfast, which is a very delicious breakfast I have had here. The front desk also provided free snacks when checking in.
The disadvantage is that the deposit has not been refunded after ten days. The only one I've encountered so far. The reason is unknown.
GGuest UserIt's literally a fun playful hotel with a bartender in it! Cozy and casual enough to make you feel you are home away from home. Check in drink was great at the bar. The bar has quality and crafted drinks. (My Old Fashioned was superb) Rooms has ton of character and are so clean. I can not wait for another stay at the Moxy Uptown again or even gather with friends from out of town. Staff makes it even more cozy there! Excellent Job Moxy Team!
GGuest UserHilton Honors member. Stayed here 3 nights late Sept 2022. Even tho' my Hilton profile requests a lower floor, they put me on 12 - the top floor. It was 66 degrees when I got in. Cranked the thermostat and went to dinner. Came back, its still 66 degrees. Front desk sends up a guy to check the vents, etc., and tells me they just switched the heat on for the season and it takes awhile for the heat to get up to 12. OK, so how about a space heater?” Oh no, that's against the rules”. Whether that's a code violation I've no idea. But he was willing to get me some more blankets! I said, You must be kidding. How about a lower room, maybe the heat could reach that sooner. So I was moved to 5th floor. 3 days later with thermostat set for 90 degrees, it never got above 69 degrees. At night, it goes down to 67/68 degrees. If I wasn't on the company dime I would've left right then. You have to schedule housekeeping a day in advance, but of course they never showed up, even tho' I was out all day and had to work when I came back (and complained) while the maid did her thing. So basically they cannot control the temperature and can't figure out how to schedule room cleaning. If that doesn't bother you, this is just where you'd want to spend $$ ... Me? Not so much.
GGuest UserHotel and staff were great! They made my business travel feel like it was leisure. Breakfast was delicious. I think the price is perfect for what it is. The front desk staff knows the area very well and pointed me to some great dinner recommendations. I will be back!
