I would definitely recommend this hotel to people and I would stay here again. It looked like it was newly renovated. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very chatty and gave us good service. Especially the two guys who worked the evening weekend shifts at the front desk. The location is perfect , parking is in a garage across the street and many bars and restaurants are within waking distance. Very good value for money!

Had a wonderful one night stay at the historic Nicollet Island Inn. Beautiful location and very convenient to downtown Minneapolis, St. Anthony Main/Stone Arch Bridge area and the University of Minnesota. We had a king room that was clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Complimentary coffee in the morning, but no refrigerator in room. Staff was super friendly. Plenty of free parking. When you book a room, you have the option to make reservations for the restaurant, but we opted to eat elsewhere. It is expensive to stay here, but we loved it and would definitely stay again!

Great service! Did not have shuttle available but was close to bus lines and staff was very pleasent. Room was cozy and clean, house keeping was very accommodating and friendly. Considering the pandemic occuring at this time I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

The room was small and the room smelled great. The overall comfort is very poor.

Started out poorly, as the receptionist was asleep (2am) and I had to climb over the counter to wake him. The dining staff were very friendly and bright for breakfast. Room was fine.

I had to book a last-minute hotel due to a flight delay. This one was more budget friendly than the other options. It also had a free shuttle bus (that I believe runs 1 per hour). The hotel is a bit run down and older as you would expect from the price but the bed was comfortable, room was clean and the check-in staff was nice. There is 1 restaurant walking distance but it closes at 10pm.

Direct transport to Mall of America for only $2 each way. $1 for seniors. Highly recommend this trip. Can take the Trolly from 2 blocks away to a Twins Baseball game as well for the same price.

Stayed at the hotel due to the weather! Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions. They also did a great job clearing the snow early the next morning from the front entrance and parking lot. Will definitely stay again!

Outstanding
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a must—I booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options.
HHeatherAbsolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!
GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn when we visited for a concert. The skyway connection to the State Theater (and the entire skyway system) was very convenient. I was worried about the parking situation, but it turned out to be ok with a skyway connection between the public parking garage and the hotel. Be aware that the parking rates can add up if you use that garage and are leaving and returning a number of times in the same day, but for overnight parking it worked out well. The room was comfortable, the staff was very good, and we had no issues here.
GGuest UserIt's literally a fun playful hotel with a bartender in it! Cozy and casual enough to make you feel you are home away from home. Check in drink was great at the bar. The bar has quality and crafted drinks. (My Old Fashioned was superb) Rooms has ton of character and are so clean. I can not wait for another stay at the Moxy Uptown again or even gather with friends from out of town. Staff makes it even more cozy there! Excellent Job Moxy Team!
GGuest UserCame in town for one night, and wanted a place downtown to stay. Moxy did not disappoint. It was close to a bunch of cool things to explore, and the hotel itself was a fun place to hang. Teresa was great at check in and made us feel welcomed immediately. I loved the complimentary drink at check in, and the lobby was a cool place to hang out. Board games, a bar, and tvs kept us entertained when we weren’t exploring. The room had an amazing view and I appreciated the super hot shower. Great value overall for the quality we experienced. Definitely recommend a stay, it’s perfect for Viking game days!
GGuest UserI had a very good experience at this Aloft. I initially checked out this Aloft because of the very affordable nightly rate. I was worried about the parking though because my car was full. I didn’t want to park in the garage across the street, so the girl at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name as she was great) made room for me in the onsite parking even though it was full (definitely reserve an onsite parking spot if you will be going here with a car). She also sent an extra chair to our room since there were two of us working, sent up extra towels, and sent towels to the pool for us. Along with the rest of the staff, she made sure to accommodate our every need, and was just really nice. The room was also very nice and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserHilton Honors member. Stayed here 3 nights late Sept 2022. Even tho' my Hilton profile requests a lower floor, they put me on 12 - the top floor. It was 66 degrees when I got in. Cranked the thermostat and went to dinner. Came back, its still 66 degrees. Front desk sends up a guy to check the vents, etc., and tells me they just switched the heat on for the season and it takes awhile for the heat to get up to 12. OK, so how about a space heater?” Oh no, that's against the rules”. Whether that's a code violation I've no idea. But he was willing to get me some more blankets! I said, You must be kidding. How about a lower room, maybe the heat could reach that sooner. So I was moved to 5th floor. 3 days later with thermostat set for 90 degrees, it never got above 69 degrees. At night, it goes down to 67/68 degrees. If I wasn't on the company dime I would've left right then. You have to schedule housekeeping a day in advance, but of course they never showed up, even tho' I was out all day and had to work when I came back (and complained) while the maid did her thing. So basically they cannot control the temperature and can't figure out how to schedule room cleaning. If that doesn't bother you, this is just where you'd want to spend $$ ... Me? Not so much.
WWingMaryCheck in was ok... Although clerk stated they were full when we arrived after midnight and we had booked thru their Res Dept. Once she found out I was a diamond member she then changed her attitude! Pool is down due to some funk in the pool
Breakfast was so so, eggs were very salty! Coffee should be available all day but they only have it during breakfast hours, however, they will give you packets for your room but no creamer so I need to run over to Walmart to grab some!
