Stop at the Bouth Hotel in June 2023. The impressions of accommodation remained only positive. Very welcoming staff, needed to extend the room until the evening, went to the meeting extended, one local truth, but we were very satisfied. We lived in a family room, clean cozy, everything worked. Cleaned well. Water, tea, coffee all report every day. The bathroom has all the necessary toothbrushes, shaving machines, hairdressers, helms, champagne, air conditioner, lavatory. The hotel is good noise insulation. The location of the hotel is just a chic practically center. We didn't wish to choose this hotel.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

The environment is good and the room is big enough. The breakfast in the hotel was over budget and I couldn't eat it. But the Chinese restaurant on the first floor is really delicious and the most important thing is it's not expensive. I will stay here again next time.

The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

The place is really good. Staff is friendly. Location is super. I recommend it for solo short trips.

The room is very big, spacious and bright. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very large. The scenery outside the window is very good. The sunset is infinitely beautiful, but it is almost dusk. The breakfast is very rich. I will stay there again next time I go to Minsk

I often fly to different countries and live in hotels accordingly, this time this hotel was relatively clean and good. I would probably even set the rating 4-5 if there were no girls from the resepshne. I think the girls from the respiratory must be friendly, smiling, responsive, etc. , but here were naked, chumy, rude, etc. , in turn, it was not quite pleasant. It was possible to close the eyes, if not the case at the departure and the removal of the number. I asked those girls on the respiratory about the possibility of giving a room later than usual, on which I was allowed until 3:00 p.m., I went to the room at 12:30 p.m. to rest as a long flight was expected with a transplant. I am in the room and I am asleep at 3:00 and I am called from the rehab and they say I had to leave at 2:00 and that I now have to pay for half a day. I in turn tried to explain by phone that it was good until 3:00, they didn't even want to listen. As a result, it was decided without pay, but for my damaged mood and anger on such incompetent workers of this hotel could not not leave a review... accordingly, I will not stop in this hotel anymore. The P.S. host of this hotel or manager needs to review the qualifications of the employees, regrettably because of such staff, the status of the hotel is affected.

Hotel maximum one night!!! More or less pleasant memories remained at our family about morning breakfasts, but it is better to come to the opening, because the principle *who has managed, he has eaten*, works. The condition of the room - frankly dirty number already at the time of settlement, on the chairs was scared to sit, very dirty seats. And the maid at us washed them with a .... The covers on the beds were more like sex straps, the tumbos inside at all probably never washed-residual food and other, too I can say about the windows. But *the highest pilot* is a carpet on the floor of the room .... I think that on the street the roads are cleaner, as they are cleaned more often and more frequent!!!! I understand that this is a sports hotel, where they come to collecting and there is no choice, and therefore there are no claims, but there come and ordinary people, so the rooms need to clean up quality, though once every four days, As we were informed on the recipes .... I very hope that my comments will be heard and the hotel will become better!
