JjessicassBecause the competition was in the development zone, we booked a seaside hotel close to the venue. The sea view room has a panoramic view, but it's a bit sunny. The hotel is very close to Tongniuling, and there is a celebrity check-in wall where you can take pictures (if you don't want to walk, you can take a car up there). Above the hotel is a seafood restaurant, and the seafood is delicious. I thought it was very cheap on the first day, but later I went to eat in the city and found that it was still charged at the tourist price, which is not cheap in the local area. The hotel is fully intelligent, with a Xiaozhi system, but it seems that it can only open and close the curtains and turn on and off the TV. It is recommended to upgrade the system. I wanted to let Xiaozhi play some music, but it was stupid and couldn't operate it. Overall, it's not bad. The front desk lady is kind and can help solve problems. Finally, she gave us the hotel's special dried fish, thank you!

GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic! The owner is a very gentle and attentive woman. The accommodation is comfortably decorated, and the second floor of the loft has a great ceiling height. I'm an architecture student, and you can book this apartment with confidence. In terms of location, safety, and interior comfort, it's excellent value for money! It's rare to find accommodation with such good natural light at this price point! Because it was quite cold during our stay, the owner upgraded us to a loft with better underfloor heating for free. The room has a fresh air system, and the underfloor heating prevents the air from being too dry compared to other places in Shenyang. The subway station is right outside the back door, and there are many restaurants nearby. Since we were tourists, we asked the owner for recommendations, and she gave us detailed introductions to local specialties. We tried a few places, and they were indeed very good.

GGuest UserA total of five of us, including two children, stayed together, and we were truly satisfied with the accommodation for our family trip. The space was spacious, and the location was excellent, with many restaurants and amenities nearby, making it easy to get around. It was not a burden at all to travel with the children.
Above all, the owner spoke excellent English, making communication easy. They also recommended some great local restaurants, one of which left a particularly strong impression. I liked it even more because it wasn't a restaurant geared towards tourists, but rather one that had an authentic local vibe.
Also, the most memorable part of this trip was the traditional Chinese Tui Na massage I received thanks to the owner's recommendation. I went there trusting the owner's recommendation that it was run by a doctor friend, and it truly exceeded my expectations. It felt less like a simple massage and more like proper medical treatment. Honestly, I would want to come back to Dalian just to get this massage. There were a German and a Russian in the next bed, so we had some small talk; it seems like it is a well-known place.
It was a time where I was satisfied with everything, from the family trip and comfortable accommodation to the special experiences.

The service team is professional and efficient, and they are meticulous from check-in to door-to-door delivery. The convenience store and coffee shop downstairs are a highlight, and it is quiet and comfortable at night. Full marks!

DDaria AGreat hotel! The best location! It is located at a very convenient place ( right between XingHai park and Square, super convenient access to public transportation (tram, Metro,bus only 3 minutes away walking). The room is very clean and full of sunshine in the morning, nice seaview. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would love to stay there again.
P.S.: there were some reviews about deposit. During my stay no deposit was required.

GGuest UserCleanliness: The environment is very clean with a chic, boutique-style vibe. The service attitude is excellent; the butler was very responsive and attentive. The auntie at breakfast was also lovely, proactively telling me about other delicious options. The hotel's decor is very unique. I'll definitely come again; the sea water is exceptionally blue.

The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and well-equipped, featuring a 2-meter king-size bed, a 120-inch large-screen projector with good image quality, and a wide-open view from the high floor.
