"This is a very pleasant place to stay. The room is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The air conditioning functions efficiently and maintains a comfortable indoor temperature. A supermarket is conveniently located nearby, and the park view adds to the calm and relaxing atmosphere. The owner is courteous, helpful, and able to communicate well in English, which makes the stay smooth and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel."

GGuest UserMy stay here was really pleasant. The front desk staff, especially the young man who checked me in, was incredibly helpful and attentive, leaving a great impression. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a very restful sleep. The location is convenient, and parking was easy. The hotel environment was quiet and peaceful, without any disturbances. The price was reasonable, making it perfect for a short stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Jinpu.

After checking out, the staff proactively contacted me about an item I had left behind and arranged to mail it back to me. This level of promptness and responsibility, anticipating guests' needs, perfectly embodies Atour's service philosophy of 'managing relationships.' From the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient and responsible handling of my lost item, every step of the process felt genuine and warm. A hotel with such a personal touch is undoubtedly my top choice for accommodation when traveling. I will definitely choose Atour again next time!

JjessicassBecause the competition was in the development zone, we booked a seaside hotel close to the venue. The sea view room has a panoramic view, but it's a bit sunny. The hotel is very close to Tongniuling, and there is a celebrity check-in wall where you can take pictures (if you don't want to walk, you can take a car up there). Above the hotel is a seafood restaurant, and the seafood is delicious. I thought it was very cheap on the first day, but later I went to eat in the city and found that it was still charged at the tourist price, which is not cheap in the local area. The hotel is fully intelligent, with a Xiaozhi system, but it seems that it can only open and close the curtains and turn on and off the TV. It is recommended to upgrade the system. I wanted to let Xiaozhi play some music, but it was stupid and couldn't operate it. Overall, it's not bad. The front desk lady is kind and can help solve problems. Finally, she gave us the hotel's special dried fish, thank you!

XXiaoxiaobo2012Facilities: It is a new hotel, the facilities are very new, the corridors have some taste, the elevators are a bit slow, and they are shared with Hanting.
Hygienic: Very clean, that is, I don’t know why there will be a toilet smell in the middle of the night. I told the front desk that the toilet was deeply cleaned. The toilet did not smell on the second night, but there was still a smell in the room until midnight. I got up and opened the window for ventilation.
Environment: The surrounding environment is good, very close to Xinghai Square
Service: Great, there is feedback to deal with, although the smell is not completely solved, but it is indeed dealt with!
Cost-effective: very high, compared to many hotels, this price is very high
Transportation: Convenient, near the subway station
Maybe I am more picky, breakfast is more general for me, but this varies from person to person!

DDaria AGreat hotel! The best location! It is located at a very convenient place ( right between XingHai park and Square, super convenient access to public transportation (tram, Metro,bus only 3 minutes away walking). The room is very clean and full of sunshine in the morning, nice seaview. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would love to stay there again.
P.S.: there were some reviews about deposit. During my stay no deposit was required.

MM572949****This hotel is quite nice. It's close to Xinghai Park and other attractions, and there are subway and bus stops nearby. The food is also pretty good. Importantly, they provide disposable towels and bath towels, which is a nice touch. The mattresses are comfortable, with just the right firmness, and the facilities are very convenient. There's a washing machine in the room, and they'll promptly deliver laundry detergent if you run out. There's a Lawson convenience store and a Luckin Coffee shop in the lobby. Overall, it's a great hotel.

GGuest UserAlways a pleasure to stay here, the ambiance is fantastic. The hotel has changed a bit since my last visit; the snacks are now domestically sourced. However, it's still good value for money. The toiletries have been switched from Japanese brands to the same ones used at Four Seasons, and my room got an upgrade. The only downside is that the restaurant has gone downhill compared to two years ago; my favorite dishes are gone, and they no longer offer freshly ground lattes at breakfast. On the bright side, the prices have also come down, and there are still made-to-order dishes available, so it's acceptable.

Nearby attractions include Shengya Ocean World and Xinghai Square, and it's easily accessible by public transportation. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and well-equipped, featuring a 2-meter king-size bed, a 120-inch large-screen projector with good image quality, and a wide-open view from the high floor.

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely fantastic! So comfortable. The location is superb, right next to Xinghai Square, making it easy to walk to the beach and other attractions. The room was clean and cozy, the bedding was comfortable, and it had great lighting and views. The service was attentive and thoughtful, the facilities were comprehensive, and getting around was convenient. It offers excellent value for money. This is definitely my top recommendation for anyone visiting Dalian!
