JjessicassBecause the competition was in the development zone, we booked a seaside hotel close to the venue. The sea view room has a panoramic view, but it's a bit sunny. The hotel is very close to Tongniuling, and there is a celebrity check-in wall where you can take pictures (if you don't want to walk, you can take a car up there). Above the hotel is a seafood restaurant, and the seafood is delicious. I thought it was very cheap on the first day, but later I went to eat in the city and found that it was still charged at the tourist price, which is not cheap in the local area. The hotel is fully intelligent, with a Xiaozhi system, but it seems that it can only open and close the curtains and turn on and off the TV. It is recommended to upgrade the system. I wanted to let Xiaozhi play some music, but it was stupid and couldn't operate it. Overall, it's not bad. The front desk lady is kind and can help solve problems. Finally, she gave us the hotel's special dried fish, thank you!

You'll understand! The moment I opened the door, I was captivated by the ocean view from the balcony—fishing boats, blue sky, and shimmering sea. I finally understand the joy of waking up to the sunrise!
The service deserves special praise: from check-in to check-out, everything was incredibly attentive. They responded instantly to any questions, truly making me feel right at home. The breakfast selection was amazing, with freshly made hot meals and fresh fruit—I was stuffed!
Transportation and parking were so convenient:
• The parking lot is right downstairs, and the accommodation covers the overnight parking fee (normally it's 10 yuan per visit), saving me a lot of money!
• The subway station is less than 300 meters away, so getting around to attractions is no problem at all!
The room has a gentle, retro style, the bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the natural light in the living room and bedroom is amazing—the sunshine in instantly brightens my mood! I really don't want to leave after staying here for a few days, and I'm already planning to stay here again next time I come!

GGuest UserA total of five of us, including two children, stayed together, and we were truly satisfied with the accommodation for our family trip. The space was spacious, and the location was excellent, with many restaurants and amenities nearby, making it easy to get around. It was not a burden at all to travel with the children.
Above all, the owner spoke excellent English, making communication easy. They also recommended some great local restaurants, one of which left a particularly strong impression. I liked it even more because it wasn't a restaurant geared towards tourists, but rather one that had an authentic local vibe.
Also, the most memorable part of this trip was the traditional Chinese Tui Na massage I received thanks to the owner's recommendation. I went there trusting the owner's recommendation that it was run by a doctor friend, and it truly exceeded my expectations. It felt less like a simple massage and more like proper medical treatment. Honestly, I would want to come back to Dalian just to get this massage. There were a German and a Russian in the next bed, so we had some small talk; it seems like it is a well-known place.
It was a time where I was satisfied with everything, from the family trip and comfortable accommodation to the special experiences.

DDaria AGreat hotel! The best location! It is located at a very convenient place ( right between XingHai park and Square, super convenient access to public transportation (tram, Metro,bus only 3 minutes away walking). The room is very clean and full of sunshine in the morning, nice seaview. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would love to stay there again.
P.S.: there were some reviews about deposit. During my stay no deposit was required.

Nearby attractions include Shengya Ocean World and Xinghai Square, and it's easily accessible by public transportation. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and well-equipped, featuring a 2-meter king-size bed, a 120-inch large-screen projector with good image quality, and a wide-open view from the high floor.

I went to Dalian to relax my mind and I must say the price the view and the atmosphere was very nice the hotel staff was very welcoming and warm hearted. The response was very quick. The Golden Pebble Beach Market is cheap and convenient. There should be a big shopping mall nearby. The host is very enthusiastic, arranged properly, come back next time.

Drinking by the bed at night while enjoying the view was such a fantastic experience! I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again next time I'm in Dalian! It's truly my dream room!

CChanelXoI booked this hotel for my boyfriend and I for the National Day holiday. I know he likes being surrounded by nature since we live in the city. I also thought we would try playing golf (we didn't). We had a great time and even when we left the hotel for another hotel, my boyfriend wanted to go back.
Pros
1. The bedroom was huge!
2. The scenery is breathtaking.
3. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
4. The food was delicious.
Cons
1. The bedroom wasn't super clean. We found rat pellets by the window (at least that's what my boyfriend says. I think it could be lizards)
2. There are lots of activities that seem to be inactive due to renovations (possibly due to the covid era) but it seems they are working on restorations.
All in all. I would definitely go back and when this hotel is in it's prime, it will be even more amazing!
