GGuest UserThe hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, with convenient transportation. The staff were very friendly and always smiling, and they even proactively gave me information about transportation around the hotel, which was fantastic. I really like this hotel; it was full of pleasant surprises. The electric curtains were a great touch, no need to manually open and close them! The room heating was ample, not cold at all, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. There's a supermarket right across the road, and a KFC and ramen shop downstairs, so no worries about food! Super convenient!

GGuest UserI arrived at approximately 2:00 PM, and although my room was not yet cleaned due to the holiday period, I understood the situation. I checked into Room 232, the 270-degree sea view room, which was the highest available category at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our stay. The condition of the room facilities was disappointing. In the first bathroom, the flush button was loose and partially detached, and there were visible cracks on the wall. In the second bathroom inside the sea-view bedroom, the door stopper was detached and the drainage system did not function properly.
Additionally, the glass panel near the wardrobe had a long crack, which made us uncomfortable using the area as we were concerned about causing further damage. Most importantly, the refrigerator was not functioning. Although a technician came on the first day and informed us that there was no power supply, no proper resolution was provided. On the second day, another technician was arranged, but we had to wait for a long time, which disrupted our travel plans. Eventually, we were informed that the refrigerator could not be used temporarily. As my family stayed for three nights, this meant we were unable to use the refrigerator for the entire stay and had to leave items with the reception, which was very inconvenient and did not reflect the value of the room.
Regarding cleanliness, the first day was satisfactory. However, on the second day, the housekeeping service appeared rushed. There were hair strands left in the room, and the bed was not properly made — the bed cover was simply pulled over without proper arrangement, and the bedding looked untidy and wrinkled. I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness standards.
Furthermore, the booking was made for three guests, yet only two glasses were provided in the room. There was no tea available, only bottled water. Communication via WeChat was also quite slow when requesting assistance.
On a positive note, the room view was beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff who assisted us before check-in were helpful. The room design and view are truly impressive. However, after check-in, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Additionally, the mirrors in the room had noticeable stains.
I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for service improvement. Thank you for your attention.

Service attitude is also very good, need to clean directly to the front desk, will not enter your room privately
It is convenient to go anywhere, buy seafood, cherries, eat and everything.
The subway is 2 minutes downstairs, there are buses, and there are small yellow cars.
You can go to the beach when you walk, the projection is super cool to chase the drama at night haha

The security system was top-notch, ensuring peace of mind throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. WWdayanjingI came to Dalian alone for the 2026 Dalian Marathon and booked this hotel on Trip.com. I couldn't have been luckier! The marathon's start and finish lines are right downstairs, and my room number even coincidentally matched the last digits of my phone number, which made me really happy. The room was super clean, and all the toiletries were excellent, single-use items 👍👍. Plus, it was a proper sea-view room. I could see the starting arch where I'd begin my race and the Donggang seaside attractions from upstairs. If I ever come back to Dalian, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. The owners are also really great people! 👍👍 The photo below was taken from upstairs.

MM392673****Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, making it truly value for money. I will definitely be back!

SSimpleConvincerThe staff waited for me to arrive because my flight arrived at 11:15 pm and I arrived at the capsule hotel at 12:15 am. The temperature of the capsule rooms were just right.
I love the free access to the bathhouse. The bathing facility is really clean and well maintained.
I regretted not getting body scrub and massage and I should have explored the capsule hotel more. I think there is also a restaurant in the higher floors.
Just take note that the bathing facility is open from 8 am to 12 am only.
The subway station is near as well. As a foreigner who cannot speak nor read Chinese, I am very happy that there’s a McDonalds nearby. There are also nearby marts and Chinese franchise restaurants. My stay was very short so I wasn’t able to discover the other restaurants nearby.
I would definitely book here again and I love the keychain that they gave me.
The staff were really kind.
There were some minor difficulties, such as difficulty of finding electric sockets and inside the capsule, the port was a USB A socket, but there was a phone charging station outside the rooms.
