This is a very pleasant place to stay. The room is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The air conditioning functions efficiently and maintains a comfortable indoor temperature. A supermarket is conveniently located nearby, and the park view adds to the calm and relaxing atmosphere. The owner is courteous, helpful, and able to communicate well in English, which makes the stay smooth and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

At first, it was a bit challenging for us to locate the hotel, as we don’t speak Chinese and the reception is located on the 15th floor. However, with some assistance, we were able to find it, and from that moment on, the experience was truly wonderful. We arrived quite early, around 6:00 AM, even though check-in was scheduled for 2:00 PM. Despite this, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. To our pleasant surprise, they even upgraded our room, which made our stay feel extra special. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable and beautifully designed, offering stunning views that made the experience even more memorable. Every detail contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The room was fantastic, very clean, and came with all the necessary toiletries, plus a fridge and washing machine. The location is absolutely perfect; from the window, you get a panoramic view of Venice Water Town. Step out, and to the right is the Water Town, while to the left is the Donggang Original Point Square night market. It’s also just a few minutes' walk to Hai Zhi Yun Square to see the fountains. The owner is really down-to-earth and incredibly responsive to any requests.

The guesthouse is conveniently located near the subway station and the beach. There are many restaurants downstairs, offering a wide selection of breakfast and late-night snacks. The room has a window overlooking the building across the street. The room has basic amenities, the mattress is a bit firm, and overall it's quite clean and odor-free, although there were small insects crawling along the walls, possibly due to renovations in nearby buildings. Luggage storage is available free of charge; for cleaning or resupply, simply message the owner.

We needed three beds for three people for a 2-night, 3-day stay, and we booked an ocean view room at a really good price. I had seen reviews saying it was a bit dated, so I was prepared to overlook that considering the price, but perhaps because I'm not that picky, it was actually quite fine. The water quality was good, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was cool, and best of all, the large refrigerator was the best. The location seems better than Zhongshan Square; there are plenty of amenities right below the accommodation, such as a large supermarket, 24-hour store, convenience store, and cafe, and I liked that you could scan and pick up deliveries on the first floor. Check-in is on the 8th floor, and if you stay on a high floor, it will be convenient as there are separate elevators for the lower and upper floors. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Dalian with friends next time.

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The room was very spacious, a full 60 square meters, with a living room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very soft. Best of all, it was a sea-view room. The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant. The front desk service was warm and professional, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to excellent sleep quality. Attention to detail was evident everywhere, making it truly value for money. I will definitely be back!

This hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet. Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings. Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!

This was my first time staying in an apartment hotel like this, and it was surprisingly good! It was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with disposable face towels and bath towels provided. The living room was huge, and the dining table was massive, making it perfect for a family stay. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors, offering great privacy. The kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and even a mahjong table were all very practical. The location is excellent, with a supermarket, snack shops, and local specialty stores right downstairs. Xinghai Square is also within walking distance!

I wanted to write a positive review on my own initiative because I genuinely felt our stay was excellent!!! We were traveling with my grandparents and mother, a group of four. I was worried that the twin rooms in other chain hotels would be too small and disturbing, and booking two separate rooms would be expensive and inconvenient. So I found this family room online! We were pleasantly surprised. Three 1.8-meter double beds in two large rooms made it very spacious and comfortable for the whole family. We could talk and chat, but we could sleep separately without disturbing each other – it was fantastic! For such a central location, the price was incredibly good value! There was a slight musty smell when we first entered, but it completely dissipated after half an hour of ventilation. The address is a bit hard to find; you need to add the owner on WeChat beforehand. In short, this was the most satisfying and best-sleeping hotel my grandparents stayed in during their trip to Dalian and Shenyang. It's definitely worth it – perfect for families or friends traveling together and splitting the cost – extremely cost-effective!
