Location Advantages: Very close to Xinghai Square and the cross-sea bridge. There are two supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy whatever you need. Transportation: Very close to the subway station. When I was researching, I was worried that Dalian wouldn't have shared bikes, but taxis are incredibly cheap there, so I don't have to ride a bike anymore! Environment and Cleanliness: The room was very clean! The photos and pictures provided by the hotel are almost identical! Front Desk Customer Service: Professional, friendly, and responsive. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room, which felt very lucky.

This is my first time staying at such a stylish hotel! The decor is incredibly chic, the room gets fantastic natural light, and the bed is just the right firmness – I fell asleep instantly. The staff were super attentive and the overall cleanliness was excellent, with great facilities. They even upgraded my room without me asking. Even the slippers were more comfortable than those in other well-known brands I've stayed at. Definitely a five-star review!

It was a very satisfying accommodation. The location is a 10-15 minute walk from Zhongshan Square Station. There is a park near the accommodation, so I recommend visiting it. The cafe street near the park entrance is also worth checking out. There are restaurants and convenience stores below the accommodation, and a large supermarket is nearby. The owner runs a supermarket on the first floor, so you need to go there to check in. The owner speaks English, and it is better to communicate with them via WeChat. They are incredibly kind. The TV broke down, so they replaced it for me. It is difficult to use Korean power outlets, so you must bring a converter. There is a washing machine in the accommodation, but you need to bring your own detergent. There is also a laundry room on the first floor. The park view from the room is also very nice.

Always a great stay! Every time I visit Dalian, I choose this hotel for two nights. I love watching the sea, seeing the sunrise from my bed, and the Venetian Water City downstairs has a stunning night view!

The room itself is clean and tidy, well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine and kitchen. The decor is cozy and comfortable, and the bedding is so soft I slept like a baby. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply is consistently stable. Outside the window, there's a stunning sea view with an expansive vista that just lifts your spirits. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making for a truly excellent stay. I've been here three or four times already, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The guesthouse is conveniently located near the subway station and the beach. There are many restaurants downstairs, offering a wide selection of breakfast and late-night snacks. The room has a window overlooking the building across the street. The room has basic amenities, the mattress is a bit firm, and overall it's quite clean and odor-free, although there were small insects crawling along the walls, possibly due to renovations in nearby buildings. Luggage storage is available free of charge; for cleaning or resupply, simply message the owner.

The price was fantastic – definitely cheaper during the off-season and great value for money. The owner was also very kind; you meet a lot of good people from the Northeast region. The location is convenient, and the environment is elegant.
