Every day, he greeted us warmly, proactively asked about our plans, and shared tips on fun things to do and great places to eat in Dalian. As first-time visitors, his recommendations were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome.
Another young man, who worked the night shift, truly touched me. My family was staying in different room types, and my two nephews were waiting outside their grandfather's room. Their grandpa had fallen asleep, and they couldn't reach him or me. The front desk attendant noticed them and didn't ignore them; instead, he stayed with them, patiently looking after them until I arrived.
What impressed me even more was his professionalism and caution. When I got there, he thoroughly verified my identity and confirmed I was a guest for that room before helping us open the door. That level of security awareness and responsibility is truly commendable.
A great hotel isn't just about the facilities and environment; it's about encountering staff who genuinely care for their guests.
And I must praise the beds here! They are so incredibly comfortable! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but these past few days, I've drifted off almost as soon as I lay down, and my sleep quality has been excellent.
Thank you for your thoughtful service; it made this trip to Dalian even more wonderful. Next time I'm in Dalian, I will definitely stay here again ❤️

I specifically chose a hotel near Xinghai Square for my trip to Dalian this time, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my journey!
First off, the location is unbeatable. It's just a few minutes' walk to Xinghai Square, making evening strolls and enjoying the sea breeze incredibly convenient. Plus, there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby.
What truly impressed me was the service: everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly friendly and had a warm smile. During check-in, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions and even thoughtfully reminded us about the sunrise time. When we requested extra pillows for the room, they were delivered promptly – excellent attention to detail! The tatami room was also perfect for our baby.
All in all, whether you're traveling with family or on a romantic getaway, I highly recommend this place! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

What I was most satisfied with was the service; everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was very polite. They even offered warm porridge in the evenings. When checking out, they proactively asked if I wanted a bottle of water for the road, which was a particularly heartwarming detail.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a unique, almost ethereal, 'cultivation' vibe. The owner must be a huge fan of 'Eternal Love' (San Sheng San Shi) – they even made a video, but I can't upload it, so never mind. It was a really comfortable stay. The front desk staff, dressed in traditional Hanfu, were lovely; their voices were pleasant, and their service was impeccable. The location is perfect, right next to Xinghai Square, close to all the attractions. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants downstairs. The price wasn't bad either. It was a fantastic experience overall. I'll definitely bring my family here again next time we visit!

Hygiene: We stayed for four days, and the room was cleaned punctually every day – very satisfying.
Environment: There are many restaurants nearby, and it's close to the subway station, making it easy to get around.
Service: They provided umbrellas on rainy days and replenished drinks and mineral water daily, which was a really nice touch!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel does have some positives — the facilities feel relatively new, the gym is better equipped than many hotels in the same price range, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable.
However, the overall stay was disappointing. The sound insulation between rooms was extremely poor. Interestingly, I barely heard any noise from the nearby bar, but I could clearly hear conversations, shower sounds, and other noises coming from neighboring rooms.
The check-in experience also felt unprofessional. When I asked whether there was a quieter room available because of the nearby bar, the staff said they could “upgrade” my room and spent time introducing the larger room before finally mentioning that it required an extra charge. I completely understand paid upgrades, but the way it was communicated felt more like a sales pitch than genuine hospitality.
What made the experience unacceptable in the end was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. Combined with the poor soundproofing and overall service experience, this stay did not meet the standards I expected.

GGuest UserUpon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was very comfortable. Dalian is lovely and cool this time of year, and we could open the windows in the living area directly, keeping the room cool without needing AC. While the overall facilities in the room are a bit dated, you can tell it was once a four-star standard, and it was clean with no strange smells. It was also quite soundproof. The bathroom deserves a special mention for being very spacious – much better than many other hotels. The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenient shopping, and taxis can get you anywhere quickly. The elevators are fast. My only wish is for a wider variety at breakfast.
