Hhow IvinA huge thank you to the bespectacled young man at the front desk! Every day, he greeted us warmly, proactively asked about our plans, and shared tips on fun things to do and great places to eat in Dalian. As first-time visitors, his recommendations were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome.
Another young man, who worked the night shift, truly touched me. My family was staying in different room types, and my two nephews were waiting outside their grandfather's room. Their grandpa had fallen asleep, and they couldn't reach him or me. The front desk attendant noticed them and didn't ignore them; instead, he stayed with them, patiently looking after them until I arrived.
What impressed me even more was his professionalism and caution. When I got there, he thoroughly verified my identity and confirmed I was a guest for that room before helping us open the door. That level of security awareness and responsibility is truly commendable.
A great hotel isn't just about the facilities and environment; it's about encountering staff who genuinely care for their guests.
And I must praise the beds here! They are so incredibly comfortable! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but these past few days, I've drifted off almost as soon as I lay down, and my sleep quality has been excellent.
Thank you for your thoughtful service; it made this trip to Dalian even more wonderful. Next time I'm in Dalian, I will definitely stay here again ❤️

GGuest UserLet me start by saying this: it's my first business trip to Dalian, and this is the second hotel I've stayed at – both have been excellent! How can the service be so good? I'm in love with Dalian!
The location is superb, very close to Xinghai Square, and right by the seaside as soon as you step out.
During my stay, I added the butler's WeChat, so I could conveniently message them for anything I needed. When I arrived, the front desk staff helped me with my luggage to my room, and I even received a welcome afternoon tea.
There aren't many rooms on each floor, so it's very quiet, and the room itself is comfortable! The bed is neither too soft nor too hard, I slept so well. The curtains are automated with a button, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the bath towels are thick. I usually bring my own toiletries when I travel, but I actually used the shampoo here and it was fantastic – left my hair fragrant and smooth. Very satisfied!

From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable, and I absolutely had to write a positive review to recommend it to everyone! The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the subway station, just a 3-minute walk away. Nearby shopping malls, supermarkets, and food streets are all readily available, making it super convenient to return to the hotel after shopping in the evening without any hassle of planning your route. The hotel environment is surprisingly clean! Entering the lobby, I was immediately drawn in by the refreshing fragrance. The decor is simple yet stylish, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The corridors have thick carpets, ensuring complete privacy. The rooms are spotless, with white and soft bedding that has a subtle sunshine scent. The pillows come in two firmness options, which is perfect for someone like me with neck problems! The bathroom has a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the shower has instant hot water with stable water pressure, making a hot shower an instant way to relieve travel fatigue. The service is top-notch! Xiao Yang's smile was warm and welcoming. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the staff patiently explained the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room – such thoughtful details were incredibly heartwarming. During our stay, we had no requests, such as wanting to check out an hour late in the morning, and they readily agreed without any impatience. This kind of personalized service is truly endearing! The facilities are also excellent! The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the hotel offers a free gym and laundry room. The gym is fully equipped, and the laundry room has a dryer – essential for frequent travelers. Upon departure, staff member Xiao Yang even gave us a complimentary gift – such a thoughtful gesture. This stay was truly impeccable. The price was reasonable, yet the service and environment were of exceptionally high quality. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city, and I highly recommend it to everyone traveling. Trust me, you'll love it after just one stay!

AAnonymous UserCleanliness: terrible. Didnt notice the urine stain around the toilet bowl until second day. Informed the counter but can only clean the next day. Didnt dare to use the toilet for the entire 4 days. Beside the urine stained toilet, the staff didnt bother to put my pillows in place. Tea bags wasnt refilled until i feedback to the counter. Very slipshod cleaning work.
Counter service: Excellent. Helped me contact rider when my parcel went missing.
Bathroom: would prefer if theres hook inside the bathroom. Feels very cold coming out after shower to retrieve towes.
Room: No soundproof at all. Wont recommend if you are a light sleeper. Lighting is good and bright.

YYuerfeiyaThe room was excellent, with a partition that effectively separated the sleeping and lounging areas – a definite plus! The hygiene was top-notch; no strange odors, and the shower had hot water almost instantly.
The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. The front desk staff clearly explained all the details during check-in. Plus, the mini-fridge was restocked with drinks and water daily, which was a nice touch.
The facilities were great. The projector was super clear and made for an excellent viewing experience, especially for watching the World Cup – it was awesome!
The location was fantastic. There were so many places to eat nearby, and being in the city center made it super convenient to get to all the popular spots.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel does have some positives — the facilities feel relatively new, the gym is better equipped than many hotels in the same price range, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable.
However, the overall stay was disappointing. The sound insulation between rooms was extremely poor. Interestingly, I barely heard any noise from the nearby bar, but I could clearly hear conversations, shower sounds, and other noises coming from neighboring rooms.
The check-in experience also felt unprofessional. When I asked whether there was a quieter room available because of the nearby bar, the staff said they could “upgrade” my room and spent time introducing the larger room before finally mentioning that it required an extra charge. I completely understand paid upgrades, but the way it was communicated felt more like a sales pitch than genuine hospitality.
What made the experience unacceptable in the end was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. Combined with the poor soundproofing and overall service experience, this stay did not meet the standards I expected.

GGuest UserAlways a pleasure to stay here, the ambiance is fantastic. The hotel has changed a bit since my last visit; the snacks are now domestically sourced. However, it's still good value for money. The toiletries have been switched from Japanese brands to the same ones used at Four Seasons, and my room got an upgrade. The only downside is that the restaurant has gone downhill compared to two years ago; my favorite dishes are gone, and they no longer offer freshly ground lattes at breakfast. On the bright side, the prices have also come down, and there are still made-to-order dishes available, so it's acceptable.

GGuest UserUpon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was very comfortable. Dalian is lovely and cool this time of year, and we could open the windows in the living area directly, keeping the room cool without needing AC. While the overall facilities in the room are a bit dated, you can tell it was once a four-star standard, and it was clean with no strange smells. It was also quite soundproof. The bathroom deserves a special mention for being very spacious – much better than many other hotels. The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenient shopping, and taxis can get you anywhere quickly. The elevators are fast. My only wish is for a wider variety at breakfast.
