Everything was wonderful. Warm, comfortable room, good breakfasts, daily cleaning and towel changes, helpful staff, perfect location (not noisy, but right in the center). Affordable price. We would definitely come back.

Good place to stay when you plan to sightseeing Tbilisi city, close to centre city, convenient store and many restaurants. There also provide good rooms with great services for Thai ppl like us very appropriate the pipe in restroom, last thing cant forget is absolutely stunning valuable breatfast, we really enjoyed couple of breakfast during we stay. Love it and recommended

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

Perfect stay at Tbilisi. The hotel is around 10min by foot from the city center but the walk through old and narrow streets is already quite nice. The staff at the front desk was super helpful, the room always clean. Amenities fully sufficient, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Not too big but high quality with some nice details. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant - can sit outside and it’s a la carte - you can choose two dishes which will freshly be prepared for you. Really delicious. My highlight was the gym - probably the best I’ve had along all 4 star hotels I stayed - including 24h opening service.

Bioli Resort is honestly one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious places I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that it will be my first choice every time I visit Georgia. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the views are breathtaking, and the cottages are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Every little detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the appliances and facilities to the overall eco-friendly concept of the resort. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the connection with nature throughout the property. They even have friendly animals, including llamas and beautiful birds, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and special. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, nature, and tranquility. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced, and a place I will keep coming back to whenever I’m in Georgia. 100/10. Absolutely exceptional. 🤍

Upon check-in, there was an issue with the room payment – I had paid through Trip.com, but the hotel couldn't see the payment. Nevertheless, we provided a deposit while the situation was being clarified. Overnight, the Trip.com team resolved everything, and our money was returned! This was the only unpleasant thing that happened during our stay. The hotel offered amazing and varied breakfasts, a really great outdoor pool and spa area, and a beautiful and cozy room! Many thanks for a wonderful stay! 👍🏻🫶🏻

Clean and stylish room, excellent breakfast, responsive Russian-speaking staff who immediately offered to find a way out of the force major situation we got into. To the Freedom Square 10 minutes walk; but it is worth noting that the hotel is located on the mountain, on the road to the hotel in a couple of places quite a steep rise.

I traveled to Tbilisi solo and stayed at Point Hotel — and I can honestly say it was the perfect place for a solo traveler! ❤️ From the very first moment, I felt comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, warm, and incredibly kind people. They are always ready to help, give great recommendations, and make sure you have everything you need. Thanks to them, you feel less like a hotel guest and more like you’re staying with good friends. 🥰 I especially loved the warm, family-like atmosphere. When you’re traveling alone, this kind of hospitality means so much. And the location is simply amazing! 🔥 It’s right in the heart of Tbilisi, with beautiful streets, attractions, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city and enjoying its atmosphere. A huge thank you to the hosts for their incredible hospitality, care, and warmth! I would absolutely recommend Point Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, especially solo travelers and with family. You truly feel safe, comfortable, and at home here. ❤️ 10/10! We loved everything! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the water and food were delicious! The staff was friendly, and there's a great new park across the street from the hotel! There's a professional swimming pool and a children's pool with a jacuzzi! 😁 We'll definitely choose this hotel when we visit Tbilisi.

The hotel is located in the old city, relatively close to the center. I had to choose it in a hurry because upon arrival in Tbilisi, the hotel I had previously booked canceled my paid reservation. The location is decent; Rustaveli Avenue is about a 10-minute walk away. The reception staff were fine, quite friendly. My room, unfortunately, did not live up to four stars. The walls were scuffed in places, as shown in the photos. Of course, this is partly due to guests, but the hotel should also check the condition after guests check out. The air conditioning system, despite being a well-known brand, didn't seem to work at all. The display responded, and the temperature numbers could be set, but there was no cool air whatsoever. Bottled water, tea bags, coffee, and sugar, which have long been standard amenities, were missing. Breakfast was buffet-style, but the selection was more like a cafeteria. There was no toaster or toast bread. However, the food itself was quite edible. In-room internet was extremely weak; I had to stand by the door to get a signal. Thankfully, I had my own mobile internet. Overall, the impression was favorable, but for the hotel to live up to its claimed four-star rating, it needs to significantly improve many things.
