The sanitation is very poor, the old dirt, the toilet is full of stubborn stains, and the objects on the table are dusty. The hotel is in a great location. Although the room was much more expensive than the day before, considering the location and the room's acceptability, I decided to stay for another day. My single room is small relative to the other Chinese hotels I stayed in in China. The hotel is old but the interior is quite nice. I found the hotel breakfast to be exceptional. The surrounding environment is also very good. It is located near Nanchang Bayi Square. The attractions are basically on a line. You can take Metro Line 4 and then turn to Lines 1 and 2. You can basically reach it, saving driving parking and congestion problems. The room is also very satisfied, the room is relatively spacious, the health is satisfactory, the parking is very convenient, all are free parking. There is a self-service laundry room and gym. The lobby is very stylish. There are several areas that are punching in and taking pictures, especially the small fountain pool and huge elephant in the courtyard. The photos are very good. The hotel is one of the high-end hotels in the city. The cost for one-night stay actually was very reasonable by U.S. standards. It offers shower and jacuzzi in the room and very comfortable bed. The excellent breakfast was also included. The front desk and concierge offered tremendous help with friendliness and sincerity. Their service afterwards was also impressive. The front desk made an error with my U.S. credit card. Instead of using it as a deposit, he mistakenly placed a charge on it. After I returned to the U.S. I got an urgent message from trip.com to ask me to contact the hotel right away via WeChat. I got the credit back in a week with very timely follow up from the lobby service manager Andy. I definitely will stay in this hotel next time for my visit of Nanchang.

Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!
