土樓改造後的酒店。感受了一下土樓和現在酒店結合的住宿，整體環境還可以，二樓的有個天台，可以聽聽小橋流水的聲音，晚上在周邊散步，難得的靜謐蟲鳴聲。

民宿就在裕昌樓旁邊，老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，還跟我們講解了一下裕昌樓和四菜一湯。房間簡潔乾淨，老闆家飯店味道也不錯，和爸媽自駕過來，門口停車也方便，很滿意的一次住宿體驗

過年期間一晚358可以理解！房間設施簡陋也就算了，還有衹蚊子還是蟲子超級大，洗澡熱水洗完一個人第二個洗就要等好久～大冬天的都給我洗感冒了，簡直無語！去她們飯店吃早餐，一位中年男人不知道是不是老闆，簡直小氣的要命！一個人10塊錢，就是一碗稀飯（就像剩米飯直接倒開水進去泡一下的感覺）一個煎雞蛋，兩份鹹菜！多要幾個水煮雞蛋都要叫死，老闆娘還稍微好説話些。就算是一次性買賣也不能這麼對待客人……差評多了也就沒人住了！10塊錢早飯你都賣不出去！土樓附近民宿這麼多有的是選擇！

差評！！！，房間衞生差，洗手間沖水不乾淨，有異味！隔音超差！有股黴味。老闆人品有問題，房間沒燒水的水壺，問有沒有開水，結果回覆一句“我們都是喝自來水的”，但我看到他們都是燒水的。他家還有個譽家飯店的，也是一個坑！上的熟食也不加熱，直接從冰櫃拿出來，切好就上菜了！！白切雞還生的就端上來了。本來説租客有85折。這也挺好的，結果問他買茶葉，返回來被他多坑了好幾十塊錢，都想錢想瘋了吧
