The location is excellent. Downstairs is the Place Massena and the station, across the street is the Galeries Lafayette, 200 meters from the beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is exquisite, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. It is a good choice in Nice.

Very satisfied with this hotel, it is relatively new, the toilet is large and clean, and there is a small terrace. The room is relatively small, and there is almost no space for 3 people to put 3 suitcases, but overall I am very satisfied. The location is very good, there is a tram station and Massena Square downstairs, and you can walk to the beach, the old town or the farther train station. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is enough to eat. Overall I think it is very good

Location is great being right next to shopping district. Only problem with the hotel is the wifi! It doesn’t work and during the 5 nights we where here the wifi didn’t work… so bad that receptionist even offered us his data plan to use. Very poor for a 4 star hotel. Tried to reach out to trip.com and they didn’t offer much help either. Overall great service and staff but very lacking in key facilities like wifi.

It is good because it is close to the main street of Nice, the Place Massena.
but the room is too small
The room I stayed in had a window on the inside of the building and it was noisy at night.
The bathroom smelled so bad that it was hard to sleep. Because of this, I did a lot of cleaning, but it still smelled because of a structural problem, and on the second day, I did not use the bathroom at all.
The breakfast was excellent for the price, and the service staff were all friendly.
