The hotel was really good, the breakfast is basic but enough. Many comments said that the bathroom was a big problem, but in my experience the bathroom was remodeled and it was clean and good. Recommended.

Reception service very good, attentive. Basic breakfast but with enough options. Rooms negative point that it is all carpet and sealed glass so it is with a lot of dust concentration, ideal would be to remove carpet. Bed a little "tired". Great location, close to shopping and very close to Universal. I believe it is the best option in the region because of the breakfast that makes the difference. Cleaning service passed every day in the room.

The front desk of the hotel is very friendly. My father wanted to ask for a room on the ground because of foot pain, but the room on the ground floor was full and there was no elevator. Thank you to the front desk clerk for taking the initiative to carry our luggage upstairs for us. The breakfast is really good, with a wide variety 👍 🏻

Staff was very accommodating, but the rooms were not up to standards. The mattress had an opening in it on the side, which caused the fetish to constantly come off. There are bugs on the floor, whether it be ants or whatever, but there were insects on the floor the tub continue to drip all night long, and had somewhat of a smell. The workers were very accommodating once the issues were brought up to them and immediately moved us to a better room, but we saw that the room had been checked Out by other customers

Lo mejor su personal, amable, respetuoso y carismático. La ubicación es super céntrica y accesible en servicio público de transporte si no quiere invertir en la renta de un auto. Las instalaciones limpias, la habitación equipada (coffe maker, refrigerador y microondas) que es muy útil. El baño amplio, limpio y equipado. El desayuno es bueno y cubre lo necesario para iniciar bien el día (si están acostumbrados a desayunos mas fuertes tienen un Denny's a la par del hotel comp opción, igual muy útil todas las comidas). La piscina está limpia y es reservada y es una excelente forma de terminar un día intenso (de compras o de parques). Hay cámaras expendedoras de bebidas y snacks. Los blancos de la habitación y baños estaban limpios, confortables, las camas y almohadas cómodas. La habitación es amplia.
