The staff were very friendly.
There was a convenience store and many restaurants nearby.
It was near Shinsekai, so it was good for sightseeing.
The room was also quite clean and the size was good.

It's a very good accommodation experience. The hotel operators are super friendly and can speak Chinese. It's very helpful for travelers who don't know Japanese. It's a good hotel that I directly recommend. I will stay there next time I go to Osaka. It's only 7-7 minutes' walk from Tsutenkaku Tower. It can be reached in 8 minutes.

The rooms in Japanese hotels are relatively small but the location is convenient. It is near three railway stations. The rooms are clean and the staff are very polite. Free tea and snacks are provided. Daily necessities, umbrellas, etc.

The cake in the reception is always sold out. I don't know why. I wanted to try the dessert cake but I am disappointed. I wish the hotel owner can remove the sign if they are not making the cake at all. I feel cheated that staying for a week, I never see any welcome dessert cake.
