Canopy by Hilton Paris Trocadero

The service was OK. I informed the senior management when booking and was given the 5th floor. The only drawback was that as a Hilton Gold card holder, there was no welcome fruit or greeting card, no room upgrade, and no bottled mineral water in the room. I had to go downstairs to get water.

The room deposit hasn't been refunded yet. I definitely checked twice when checking out. They said it was canceled but they didn't do it. It's been almost 3 weeks now, and it's only after I sent the third email. They say they made a mistake Be sure to check when checking out. It is very inconvenient. This is my first time experiencing a hotel that did not refund my room deposit.

It was clean, the room was spacious, it was close to the tourist map, and it was nice to be able to see a lot of the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop.

It was a very nice place to see the Eiffel Tower from the street in front of the hotel! It's also close to the subway station. The room is stylish and clean. The staff's response was also good, and I was especially happy with the response of the staff at the rooftop bar. Amenities are minimal. I think it would have been nice to have slippers.

The location of the hotel is very good. But the hotel service is very average. We stayed for 5 nights. We didn't even give us a small towel. I went to the front desk to say it several times, but there was still nothing. If you need anything to send to the room, you will be charged 7 Euros! So you have to get it yourself. The room price is not cheap. But the service is not worth the price

I chose this hotel because it was recently opened. The facilities are good, the food in the restaurant is good, the breakfast is so-so, the fitness is good because it's open 24 hours, and there's a rooftop, but it's so poor that it's not good. It is a Hilton hotel and is a 4-star hotel. However, before check-out, the housekeeping staff opened the door and just came in and left again. Don't even disturb me, even though I put it on. Since I talked to the front desk at the time of check-out, I just said sorry and moved on,, Is this just something to be sorry about? I was wearing all my clothes in the room and I was organizing my luggage, but it would be a big deal if I didn't,, the staff were so irresponsible and incompetent. There is no communication between the staff, and you have to tell all the staff again.
