XXiaokailiThis stay experience really exceeded expectations, and must give full praise! The hotel is conveniently located and very convenient to travel. The most intimate thing is that there is a free parking lot. You don’t have to worry about parking by car; there is also a free laundry room, fully equipped and clean, and the laundry on the journey is super worry-free.
The front desk staff was warm and attentive, the check-in was efficient and fast, and the needs were patiently answered, and the details were particularly in place. The room was clean and tidy, warmly furnished, and slept very well. The overall environment is elegant, the management is standardized, you can feel the intention everywhere, the price is super high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍

房間的寬敞和整潔也讓我非常滿意。房間佈局合理，空間利用得當，沒有一絲擁擠感。床鋪乾淨舒適，被褥和毛巾都散發著清新的味道，看得出是經過精心清洗和消毒的。房間內的衞生狀況無可挑剔，每一個角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，細節之處也處理得非常到位。
早餐的豐富程度超出了我的預期。種類繁多，既有本地特色美食，也有西式早餐的各種選擇。食材新鮮，味道可口，每一道菜品都能看出是用心製作的。尤其是他們的現磨咖啡，香氣濃郁，口感醇厚，為我的早晨增添了不少活力。

The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!

The name is also very tongue-in-cheek, but the moment you enter the hall, your eyes light up! The decoration is grand and fashionable, with mosaic marble floors and light-colored wood grain boards on the walls! Makes people feel very warm and comfortable! It’s 7 meters high! Bright and clean! It makes people restless and depressed! The front office staff immediately stood up with a smile and completed the formalities very politely and calmly! The room is very clean! About 30 square meters! Don't feel crowded! Breakfast is on the 7th floor, directly connected to the elevator. What is touching is that there is no person to collect meal tickets! No one asked you how many people there are in that room! I gained a lot of goodwill at once. This boss is very good at doing business and very generous! I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to Aksu again!

For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

This time Aksu trip, choosing Pudong Holiday Hotel is really the right choice! The location of the hotel is too convenient, more than 20 minutes walk from Aksu Station, there is a large free parking lot by car, parking is not stressful. The front desk was warm and efficient when checking in, and I also unexpectedly received a surprise for free upgrade of the room, and the instant goodwill was full.
The rooms are spacious and bright, the layout is reasonable and not crowded, the bedding is clean and soft, and the sleep is particularly fragrant. The bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, the hot water is sufficient and stable, and the sink is also intimately equipped with laundry detergent, and the details are full. The most amazing thing is breakfast, the category is super rich, the Chinese and Western dishes are complete, there is no need to eat extra lunch, and the price is directly full.
The hotel facilities are also very complete, the laundry and drying are fully equipped, solving the problem of laundry on the journey. The Shanghai bistro on the first floor can eat authentic local dishes, and the taste is light and suitable for the whole family to share. SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡
