From check-in to check-out, every link felt their sincerity and care. The receptionist always smiles and patiently answers my various questions, making me feel at home.
The spacious and cleanliness of the room also made me very satisfied. The layout of the room is reasonable, the space is well used, and there is no sense of crowding. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bedding and towels were fresh, and it could be seen that they were carefully cleaned and disinfected. The sanitary condition in the room is impeccable, every corner is cleaned, and the details are handled very well.
The richness of the breakfast exceeded my expectations. There are many varieties, both local specialties and Western breakfast options. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, and every dish can be seen to be made with care. Especially their freshly ground coffee, rich aroma, mellow taste, added a lot of vitality to my morning.

The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!
The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! I will live next time I come back!

The decoration is grand and fashionable, with mosaic marble floors and light-colored wood grain boards on the walls! Makes people feel very warm and comfortable! It’s 7 meters high! Bright and clean! It makes people restless and depressed! The front office staff immediately stood up with a smile and completed the formalities very politely and calmly! The room is very clean! About 30 square meters! Don't feel crowded! Breakfast is on the 7th floor, directly connected to the elevator. What is touching is that there is no person to collect meal tickets! No one asked you how many people there are in that room! I gained a lot of goodwill at once. This boss is very good at doing business and very generous! I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to Aksu again!

For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

GGuest UserEverything is OK. It's pretty good in Aksu. The breakfast is so-so. If breakfast is provided in the room, it's very cost-effective. There is a fly in the ointment. When I arrived at the store after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, the security guard at the door chased me and made sure to drive the car forward. Is this obsessive-compulsive disorder? The car was locked and we were asked to turn the car back. We actually followed it into the hotel and chased it until the elevator went upstairs. The experience was really bad! The luggage is in the trunk and the front of the car is in the front. Is it easy to get the luggage? Seeing that we have so much luggage, have you thought about helping us carry it? The overall service was pretty good, but this one item was so disappointing!

SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡

Although the room is large, when I came back at night after going out on the day of check-in, the toilet/bathroom overflowed with the smell of sewerage. After one night, the smell became even stronger! After checking the past reviews on the booking platform again, it turns out that guests pointed out the same problem in the first half of last year (and the same comments appeared again in the first half of this year). At that time, the hotel replied that they would carry out repairs, but the problem still exists! The room I was given was not upgraded but downgraded. Did the front desk clerk never know that the room would smell bad? Very disappointed.

Breakfast was also provided, and the soy milk was delicious. The only complaint was the inconvenient exit. The exit should be open so that you don't have to go through the security gate to exit.
