GGuest UserThe front desk upgraded our room for free when they saw I was with a baby. The room was very clean, and there was a welcome fruit platter upon arrival. A little while later, they even brought two yogurts specifically for the kids. In the morning, before our flight, the front desk helped us with our luggage, and the airport transfer driver was also very enthusiastic. He waited an extra five minutes without any impatience since my baby eats slowly. On the way, when I mentioned I was tired, he immediately turned on the backseat massage function and even gave us a souvenir. It was a very satisfying stay.

GGuest UserIt coincides with the college entrance examination holiday, and specially brought children to Changsha to punch in the window of the world, the mango color box and the underwater world. The location of this hotel is really impeccable! Self-driving parking directly stops the hotel, you can go directly to the major scenic spots opposite on foot, the whole journey does not need to travel long distances, it is easy and effortless to take the baby to play, and the child is excited all the way to stop.
The itinerary is full and comfortable: the first day of immersive visit to the underwater world, and then go to the mango colorful box to see the special exhibition; the next day, play the window of the world all day, and have fun all day.
The room experience exceeded expectations, the bed linen was clean and soft, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the supporting facilities were all available. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are the finishing touch. You can visit the scenic spot by day. In the evening, you can overlook the beautiful Ferris wheel. You can enjoy the sunrise in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. The atmosphere of living here is directly full. This time, the happiness of parent-child travel is bursting. It is highly recommended for families with children!

MMario NugrohoThe hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay.
An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly.
We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful.
There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use.
We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus.
There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby.
If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the toiletries were complete and high-quality. The hotel environment was quiet with excellent soundproofing, so I got a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Plus, it's conveniently located with easy access to transport. Great value for money! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to stay here and I found that the facilities were very complete and new. It gave me a pleasant surprise. The front desk of the hotel was also very good and the service was thoughtful and attentive. They also upgraded the room type for free. There were also free snacks at the front desk. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

Bblackcupcake999Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

GGuest UserA huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there.
The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there.
The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station.
Everything about the hotel experience was great.

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

PPimm VongsvivutThis is one of the most affordable accommodations located within walking distance to Changsha International Airport. Its ideal if you just want an affordable place for a good rest before taking off. Although the room is not modern and is actually home-stay style, but it's clean and equipped with all the standard amenities. Upon arrival, the manager even kindly offered to upgrade two of us from one queen-bed room to two single-bed room with sitting toilet free of charge, which we greatly appreciated ☺️ For 2 persons, staying here in a private room with a private bathroom is even better than staying in a shared accommodation in a hostel. We just walked 25 minutes to the airport 👍
