The hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was clean and odorless, and the bathroom counters and floors were spotless. The service was very attentive; the front desk staff proactively informed us about the hotel's services, and the cleaning staff were very thorough during their rounds without disturbing our rest.

GGuest UserMy stay at The Castle Hotel was absolutely magnificent. The room condition was pristine with the signature Marriott comfort, and the view from the balcony, especially the laser show at night, was breathtaking.
However, what truly made this stay the best hotel experience of my life was the service. I want to express my deepest gratitude to my concierge, Irene. She was incredibly professional and efficient, resolving every inquiry within 5 minutes.
Furthermore, she went above and beyond by preparing a surprise gift for my mother's birthday and upgrading us to a balcony room. My mother was deeply touched, and it made our trip unforgettable. I felt treated like royalty throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dalian.

Huang Zitao was warm, friendly, and professional. JJ Lin and Jackson Yee gave a detailed explanation of the check-in process and even offered to connect on WeChat, assuring us they would respond immediately to any needs throughout our stay. This trip was to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a special cake and fruit, which was a wonderful touch. We were extremely satisfied.

CChenchenShangTraveled to Dalian with friends during the off-season, and it was fantastic! The hotel's price was incredibly cost-effective, averaging less than 100 per person per day.
**Facilities**: It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining table, and even a fridge and washing machine. The only downside was that the washing machine didn't have a drying function, and there was no designated place to hang clothes, so we just had to drape them around the room, which got a bit messy.
**Cleanliness**: There was daily room cleaning service, and they did a great job keeping it spotless.
**Environment**: Very convenient! Not far from the subway, and close to Venice Water Town, which is beautiful, and within walking distance to the beach.
**Service**: Very courteous. If we had any issues, we'd contact them via WeChat, and they'd respond promptly.
Next time I visit Dalian, I'll definitely book this hotel again!

GGuest UserHuazhu Club’s first choice is Ibis! I haven't stayed in many express hotels nearby, but the environment and service are better than those nearby! Especially the staff at the front desk are very patient and enthusiastic. When I was using the computer downstairs at night, I found that some drunk guests were very rude. The young staff member Xiaogui Ning was very patient in explaining and guiding me! This is not easy! If you live near here, I highly recommend it! The TV can also project the screen, and I watched the S14 finals here!

The room is very clean and tidy, and you can tell that it is very well-attended. The bed was also very comfortable and I slept well. It's very peaceful to live with a baby.
The boss and his family are very nice, and the children are very cute. Seeing that we have a lot of things, they specially arranged some for us. They are very considerate and we feel very safe living here.

Firstly, as someone who worked in chain hotels for six years, I'm very particular about cleanliness. This trip, traveling with my child, I opted against a chain hotel (which I usually choose), fearing poor hygiene. But this place was surprisingly good! The views are fantastic, and my child was very comfortable. All the towels are disposable, and the quality is excellent, so there's no need to bring your own. Parking is also super convenient, and getting around with Didi (ride-sharing) was a breeze. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Dalian. I forgot to take photos though, so I can only use screenshots from a video.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location and is a great landing point. Zhongshan square is a very nice area with a lot of activities and easy subway and connecting bus stations.
The room itself, however, had very dirty walls (you can see if you zoom in) and had a terrible smell. The sheets on the bed were very clean. The bathroom was in dire need of being remodeled.
The staff were very friendly and nice and gave me great advice for things to do. I appreciated their help.
