Mogan Ziling Villa focuses on the privacy and humanistic temperature of mountain scenery, especially suitable for family outings or friends gatherings that pursue a sense of quality.
Hidden in the green mountains and bamboo seas of Ziling Village, it is a veritable ”natural forest oxygen bar”. The buildings are mostly single-family villas, some retaining the local earth wall style, but the interior is European-style rural style, with story-filled utensils and art decoration, both wild and exquisite. The room is named after ”Mogan, Ziling, Mountain Village, Reading”, and the details are hidden in ingenuity.
The double bed suite room type, some of which are double loft structures, equipped with large floor-to-ceiling windows, independent balcony and bathtub, and the bamboo sea and mountain view can be seen by pushing the window. The facilities pay attention to comfort.
”Butler-style intimate” service, will wait in advance to help carry luggage when you check in. Dining is the core highlight. Afternoon tea and breakfast are exquisite and ceremonial. The villa owner, Mr. Wang, is very talkative and caring. Dinner is a private dish with Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai tastes. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is authentic.
Would recommend family and friends to stay again!

GGuest UserThis was my first time visiting Moganshan, and I booked the Shangpo B&B based on Ctrip's ratings and reviews. I was really impressed by the welcome letter, which showed the owner is cultured and thoughtful, and it immediately heightened my expectations for this 'paradise on earth'...
The B&B is nestled amidst mountains and bamboo forests, with a three-story, reddish-orange Tuscan-style exterior that exudes a vintage charm. It feels incredibly exotic being surrounded by the bamboo sea and mountains. The environment here is serene and peaceful, truly a 'paradise away from the hustle and bustle' as described in the welcome letter.
The room was clean and elegant, offering mountain views right from the moment you open the door. Every detail exuded a subtle luxury. My favorite part was the artwork in the common areas – several Picasso-esque paintings by Dutch artists, paired with light luxury, simple European furniture, creating a striking visual contrast between modern and vintage that sparks a unique aesthetic romance.
Both the Chinese and Western meals here were incredibly delicious, fresh, and exquisitely prepared. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner could all be customized to guests' requests; it truly felt like everyone was a VIP.
The service at the B&B was also outstanding. Coffee and mineral water were provided free of charge and unlimited throughout the day! The housekeeper was warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive to every request. This is, without a doubt, the best-serviced B&B I've ever stayed at. I will definitely be back!

__CFT010000001002****Our two-day 'retreat' with my mom and grandma has come to a perfect end! A big thank you to our butler, Xiao Liu, for the thoughtful arrangements. He upgraded our rooms and every meal was delicious. The elders in my family are always so happy when they're in a natural, mountain setting. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed – we didn't have to prepare a thing. Plus, there were charging stations for our electric car, so all we had to do was relax. We'll definitely be back!

The massive, floor-to-ceiling bookshelf instantly brings a sense of calm, which is especially welcome on a hot summer day. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, browse books, read, or simply have a moment of quiet reflection. Oh, and the owner even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly comfortable.

LLanmeimei_ZJOur family's first summer trip – Naked Stables. Our little one rushed to Moganshan right after school, still in her uniform! Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm.
**Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday!
**Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower.
**Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay.
**Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home!
**Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive.

Jjoe0215Naked Castle is a landmark in Moganshan, boasting a rich history from being a British summer retreat to a gathering place for celebrities during the Republic of China era. It's a prime example of the 'foreign-style' guesthouses in Moganshan. While many new luxury resorts have sprung up in the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region over the years, and the Naked series continues to evolve, Naked Castle's scenery is truly unparalleled. Perched atop a mountain, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Moganshan range, with its own private outdoor pool. The themed rooms inside the castle are incredibly unique, making you feel as if you've traveled back to medieval Europe, sharing a dwelling with a diverse group of people.
My only minor complaint would be the somewhat understated presence of the staff. Many newer resorts have a more proactive and attentive service approach.

DDashancunkoulidenvziA fantastic experience! The service was excellent. The environment was truly beautiful, but due to its location, there aren't many dining options nearby, so a car is essential. This was a bit inconvenient for us as we're not very confident drivers. On the other hand, the hotel's restaurant had amazing food and a great ambiance! I've already recommended it to several friends on social media. My suggestion for the hotel would be to improve the in-room amenities such as the mini-bar, refrigerator, wine glasses, ice bucket, and tea set. Otherwise, it's hard to store any food or drinks you bring back.

GGuest UserI brought my kids here for the summer holidays. The room wasn't quite my style, but the service attitude was truly excellent. During my stay, the door lock wouldn't open, and I contacted Xiaoyue who immediately arranged for an engineer to fix it. I also encountered a small issue at one of the activities, and the on-site staff didn't know how to handle it. Again, Xiaoyue promptly stepped in and resolved it. These 5 stars are for Xiaoyue; she seems to be the resort's service ambassador, as she's the go-to person for most problems. Whether it was arranging a shuttle or getting items sent to the room, she handled everything perfectly. Sometimes her WeChat replies were a bit slow, and I actually considered complaining, haha, but then I saw at the front desk that Xiaoyue *was* the front desk! She was also checking guests in, so no wonder her replies were slow. After chatting for a bit, I realized how hard she works, having to attend to other guests too. Thumbs up for such great service! The room hygiene was also pretty good; it's hard to avoid some outdoor elements.

VVivianjwangI brought my family here for a relaxing and therapeutic four-day, three-night getaway in the mountains. The customer service representative added me on WeChat, and communication was prompt and friendly. Our accommodation was upgraded to a villa room with a terrace. Waking up to the lush green mountains outside the window, listening to the birds and cicadas, was incredibly soothing for both mind and body.
The hotel is located within the scenic area, so we could drive directly up the mountain without needing to transfer to a park shuttle bus, which was much more convenient for traveling with elderly family members. There was absolutely no need to leave the hotel during our stay. Every morning, we'd take a walk along the pedestrian paths in the scenic area, then come back to read, scroll on our phones, or nap on the terrace – it was a truly immersive and healing experience.
We had all three meals at the hotel restaurant. One day, we ventured out to try a nearby restaurant for a change, but the noisy environment, disposable plastic cutlery, and high prices made us realize the hotel restaurant offered much better ambiance and service. After that, we decided to stick to dining at the hotel.
The hotel's decor has a Republic of China 'old money' style, perfectly blending Chinese and Western characteristics, with quality evident in every detail. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with our stay, and we look forward to returning in spring and autumn to enjoy the different scenery.

__CFT010000001607****My trip to Moganshan was spurred by a rare good weather weekend and a spontaneous decision. I blindly booked this B&B on Trip.com simply because I liked its name, 'Moshangyin'. I'm just a hopelessly spontaneous person. My suitcase packed clothes for tomorrow, my camera, and a bottle of red wine. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, hoping to get tipsy under a sky full of stars before drifting off to sleep.
However, the reality was I ended up sharing that bottle of wine over a staff meal at the B&B. I met the lovely and fun Sister Fen, known as 'Moganshan's Queen', and the incredibly approachable and wise B&B owner, Da Ling. She cooked me delicious shredded pork noodles and helped me take many great photos. I was the only guest who got to join that meal, simply because I was the only solo guest at the whole B&B – how both sad and interesting is that? In my heart, Moshangyin in Moganshan definitely deserves a five-star review.
