GGuest UserThis was my second stay at Z弢 in Haikou, and the hotel staff were as welcoming as ever. From helping with table reservations, luggage assistance, arranging for forgotten items to be sent back, to complimentary souvenirs, and the children's center's attention to kids â you can really feel the vacation and family-friendly hotel atmosphere. Oh, and the roujiamo at breakfast was delicious! A big thank you to Lina, Wang Nan, and Hailey for their excellent care.

GGuest UserHygiene: The bath towels and hand towels were individually wrapped, completely easing any hygiene concerns.
Environment: The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Downstairs is a park with excellent greenery, and the surrounding area is very convenient.
Service: The staff were warm and thoughtful. They helped us upgrade our room type and were very responsive to all our requests. The robot delivery for items was also very quick. Oh, and the washing machine and dryer are fantastic for travelers â Atour really thinks of all the customer's needs. The pillows were the most comfortable out of the four hotels I stayed at on this trip; I even ordered some when I got back!

When I extended my stay the next day, the staff member on duty quickly processed it, updating my key card without needing me to re-verify anything. Check-out was just as smooth; the bill was clear, and my invoice was already prepared. I simply handed over my card and left. They even asked about my stay experience, which was a nice touch.

GGuest UserI was really surprised to find out that Mission Hills is so great for family trips! We were there for a competition nearby, so we decided to just stay at the hotel. I explained our situation to them, and since there was a room available, they let us check in early at 12 PM. This was perfect because my child could have a nap before the competition. In the evening, we went straight to the amusement park and played until closing. Then, we had the hotel buffet, and it was a great deal since kids under 1.2 meters eat free. After dinner, we went for a hot spring bath. The next morning, after breakfast, we had planned to go to the Squirrel Park, but my child didn't want to leave the ball pit in the kids' play area, and then we went on the mini-train. It was a super packed and fun two days! Traveling during the off-season, despite the heat, I really appreciated the convenient and thoughtful service at the accommodation.

GGuest UserThis is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms â a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great.

My concierge, Zirong, even shared duty-free vouchers, which saved me a good amount of money. The support decorations I requested in advance were perfectly executed, creating an amazing atmosphere. Zirong was patient and attentive throughout, and any requests I had were handled promptly. The thoughtful and thorough service made this stay particularly memorable. A truly perfect experience!

Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls nearby. Very popular hotel. Breakfast simple but good.
