From helping with table reservations, luggage assistance, arranging for forgotten items to be sent back, to complimentary souvenirs, and the children's center's attention to kids â you can really feel the vacation and family-friendly hotel atmosphere. Oh, and the roujiamo at breakfast was delicious! A big thank you to Lina, Wang Nan, and Hailey for their excellent care.

GGuest UserHygiene: The bath towels and hand towels were individually wrapped, completely easing any hygiene concerns.
Environment: The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Downstairs is a park with excellent greenery, and the surrounding area is very convenient.
Service: The staff were warm and thoughtful. They helped us upgrade our room type and were very responsive to all our requests. The robot delivery for items was also very quick. Oh, and the washing machine and dryer are fantastic for travelers â Atour really thinks of all the customer's needs. The pillows were the most comfortable out of the four hotels I stayed at on this trip; I even ordered some when I got back!

GGuest UserI was really surprised to find out that Mission Hills is so great for family trips! We were there for a competition nearby, so we decided to just stay at the hotel. I explained our situation to them, and since there was a room available, they let us check in early at 12 PM. This was perfect because my child could have a nap before the competition. In the evening, we went straight to the amusement park and played until closing. Then, we had the hotel buffet, and it was a great deal since kids under 1.2 meters eat free. After dinner, we went for a hot spring bath. The next morning, after breakfast, we had planned to go to the Squirrel Park, but my child didn't want to leave the ball pit in the kids' play area, and then we went on the mini-train. It was a super packed and fun two days! Traveling during the off-season, despite the heat, I really appreciated the convenient and thoughtful service at the accommodation.

It's commendable that they can maintain Ascott's service standards in such a desolate environment.
Two things that left a deep impression:
1. The front desk proactively packed breakfast for me as I had an early departure the next day.
2. The spa staff were waiting for me an hour in advance.
One area for improvement:
1. Upon check-in, the front desk could proactively share information about the cultural center's activities with guests.
Xiao Liang and Xiao Su provided excellent service, making both check-in and check-out smooth.

GGuest UserThis is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms â a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and friendly, and check-in was super efficient; there was no long wait, and they thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. The moment I walked into the room, I felt at ease. The entire place was spotless â not a speck of dust or stain on the floor, desk, or vanity. The bedding was crisp, fresh, and odorless, and the duvet was soft and cozy, making for a truly comfortable rest. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, and the hot water was consistent and plentiful. All the toiletries were well-stocked. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or outside, which meant I could get a solid night's sleep after a busy day. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient for getting a taxi, dining out, or running errands. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly, and the stable internet speed made working a breeze. When I had a small request mid-stay, housekeeping responded quickly and the staff patiently helped resolve the issue. Compared to other hotels in the area, the value for money is outstanding, with no hidden fees. I'll definitely book here again for future business trips to this area and highly recommend it as a top choice for business travelers.

Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls nearby. Very popular hotel. Breakfast simple but good.
