Location is one of the best in Moorea for sunset and locals. Keep in mind that you should have a scooter or car to get to NIU! Taxi is too far and too expensive. There is a scooter rental 5min away. NIU super new. You can hear the ocean at night if you want. Supreme! The check in was lovely … the receptionist was lovely and friendly. The female manager a bit snobby (sorry to say). Try the „poisson cru“ at „O2“ restaurant near by

I loved my stay at the Fare Maheata! I sleeped in the bedroom which is very warm. The bed is very comfortable. A shower handkerchief is provided which is very practical. The hotel has a very beautiful view of the lago and a private beach. The hotel is very well located, close to a public beach and the Opunohu Bay where you can make snorkeling to see haavens, raies and tortues! I recommend 100% and I'll come back here if I come back to Moorea !
