I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Phoenix Hotel, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, professional staff who made check-in a breeze. **Rooms:** The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The decor was elegant but modern, with soft lighting and comfortable furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed internet access. The bathroom was pristine, featuring premium toiletries and a rain shower that added a touch of luxury to my stay. **Facilities:** The hotel boasts a variety of facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, and a beautiful outdoor pool. We are very satisfied.. we felt home. This is our 3rd time already.. Junior Suite and Executive King suite are phenomenal. We are USA military family, and we lived and traveled around the world . When we say it feels home, it means a lot to us.. We felt home every time we visited this hotel. Home is where the heart is... Thank you again...Job well done.. Excellent customer service. Our family had an incredible stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, modern, and spacious, making it a truly comfortable experience. Our room had a stunning sea view, which made waking up each morning even more special. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was absolutely breathtaking and a highlight of our trip. The restaurant served delicious food with a beautiful ocean view, creating the perfect dining experience. On top of all that, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and unforgettable family getaway.

Customer service A- OK❣️It makes me proud to be a Filipino. ✅ I didn’t felt any indifference in the way they treat their guests, whether it be locals, foreigners, tall, really really tall, short, 😅, etc. Their staff ate kind and accommodating. ✅ The room is clean, tidy, and safe. I bet Japanese people would really like it here. ✅ Service at its finest❣️ So when you come to Manila and need a place to stay near the airport (from Terminal 3), consider staying here. Staying in a foreign land for so long made me forget how Filipinos are really kind and warm, and this place made that evident to me and how I’ve been missing these attributes. Not only does it remind foreigners, but also fellow Filipinos, how even small warm and kind gesture, where customers’ needs are treated with care, can make such a huge impact to someone and make their day special and memorable. One that’s worth the treasure. Grateful!

My sister and I booked a 1-night stay from December 31 to January 1, but we didn't receive the room we reserved. Although we had a room with a window, it lacked a city view. Additionally, the pool area was not as spacious as expected, and there was no rooftop or overlooking area for the fireworks display. The hotel offers a generous breakfast selection, though there can be long queues, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly recommended for travelers with early flights. Overall, we found the experience satisfactory and might consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. The hotel is in an excellent location if you have a long layover and do not want to stay at the airport. The hotel is busy, and there is a lot of security. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. However, the rooms are old and not very clean. This does not correlate with the price. In my opinion, it’s not worth the price.

I had not a good encounter and experience when we arrived on 6 Nov 2024.  We checked at front desk they gave the key card which is the door system is not working properly we could not go in. Then I called for help but  respond is slow no one came up.I decided to walk down to front desk and  Hotel staff at front desk exchanged a new key card and assist me to get the room. It was fine and we left our luggage to the room and went out. Problem came up again when we used the updated key card unfortunately is not work again we stuck outside the room. I really get disappointed and angry most importantly my wife need to take medicine on time, we end up stuck outside second time. I walked again to front desk to complain about that and staff immediately apologised and change new room for us. Honestly I do felt very upset and about the arrangement all this respond came too late even staff shown their effort to comfort us. I received only a few chocolate and card for this incidents happened 😄what do you think?

Had a lovely stay with family at Hilton Manila. Really happy to find a 5-star pet-friendly Hotel in Manila. Excellent location. Pool was great. Gym was average. Staff are kind and hospitable but service can still be improved.
