Great
GGuest UserThe room is incredibly spacious, and the hotel itself is very luxurious. It's directly connected to Newport Mall, which is fantastic because you don't even need to go outside to access it. Newport Mall has a ton of entertainment, dining options, and even a casino. It's very upscale, the most premium mall in the Philippines.
GGuest UserVery confusing booking. No address or hotel information.
No answer on cell phone number, only by text, and also through a local person trying to call.
The booking and handling process were very questionable. Not recommended for first-time visitors; it can be very stressful.
In the end, this was at the Belmont Hotel, where I've booked before, and this hotel is excellent and well-located.
Amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing.
More timely transparency would be very helpful.
GGuest UserThe swimming pool was nice, but the owner didn't have tickets. My child was sad because we brought their swimming gear. We weren't told we needed to inform them earlier. I thought tickets were bought at the reception. Anyway, now I know for next time.
The air conditioning unit was pointed at the living area, and the bed was underneath it. I slept really sweaty even though the AC was on full blast, but the person who slept on the sofa bed was freezing. I hope they can fix the AC's position because it's actually cold enough, but I just couldn't sleep properly. There were a few small cockroaches on the table, which is unavoidable because of leftover food.
Self check-in and check-out were very convenient. It was clean, and the elevators were fast; there were many of them.

AAPRO87Booked this hotel because of proximity to Manila airport terminal 3. It was an interesting check in experience as it’s a spa and we have to change outside clothes before going to the room. They gave us the spa uniform which is comfortable. The sauna, jacuzzi are working well. They are very assistive also. The rooms were upstairs with the lounge area, though could be better with the smoke smell still can be smelled in the room despite non smoking room. Bed was a bit stiff, but enough for a night’s sleep. Food was free flowing, good choices.
Massage therapy is additional fee. Play area and other entertainment were nice. Just quite hot in the common areas, made us sweat.
