Our stay at Conrad Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The weekend breakfast buffet turned out to be a nice surprise. Since the hotel seemed fully booked, probably due to the expected opening of the Pyromusical event, breakfast was extended to the C Lounge instead of being limited to The Brasserie. The C Lounge actually made the experience better, as it was more spacious and even had live saxophone music, which added a nice touch to the morning. We also appreciated the Conrad stuffed toy and the birthday cake, which was a thoughtful and charming touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with the quality service expected from Conrad.

Fantastic experience. The buffet was incredibly good and varied. The facilities exceeded all expectations. It was unbelievable that spa access, lounges, buffet, cinema, entertainment rooms, hotel room, and much more were all included in the price. My friend and I had the best experience during our layover instead of spending 8 hours at the airport. I recommend everyone come here for a wonderfully relaxing experience. The service was top-notch, and all the staff were super friendly.

Super satisfied kami sa stay namin! 🫶 Malinis yung unit, mabango pagpasok pa lang, at kompleto sa mga basic needs. Ang ganda rin ng interior kaya perfect pang-relax at pang-picture. Mabilis mag-reply ang host at very accommodating sa lahat ng questions namin. Smooth din ang check-in at check-out process. Overall, sobrang sulit ng staycation namin. Definitely babalik kami and highly recommended sa mga gustong mag-relax with family or friends. Thank you, host! ❤️

The positives: close to airport and easy check in. The negatives: no toilet paper or towels (eventually resolved), wardrobe too smelly to hang my clothes, pillows they should've chucked ages ago, BABY COCKROACHES! NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE.

Very confusing booking. No address or hotel information. No answer on cell phone number, only by text, and also through a local person trying to call. The booking and handling process were very questionable. Not recommended for first-time visitors; it can be very stressful. In the end, this was at the Belmont Hotel, where I've booked before, and this hotel is excellent and well-located. Amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing. More timely transparency would be very helpful.

We booked a weekend staycation here to unwind, and it exceeded every expectation. The host and every staff member we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. It was the perfect, stress-free weekend break. Highly recommended!

Washing machine drain not working, came in during check in with bad odour coming from bathroom and cleaner still in there. Stove smoke exhaust not working effectively so room still smells of food all day, 3 elevators working out of probably 10. 6 out of 10 experience.

The swimming pool was nice, but the owner didn't have tickets. My child was sad because we brought their swimming gear. We weren't told we needed to inform them earlier. I thought tickets were bought at the reception. Anyway, now I know for next time. The air conditioning unit was pointed at the living area, and the bed was underneath it. I slept really sweaty even though the AC was on full blast, but the person who slept on the sofa bed was freezing. I hope they can fix the AC's position because it's actually cold enough, but I just couldn't sleep properly. There were a few small cockroaches on the table, which is unavoidable because of leftover food. Self check-in and check-out were very convenient. It was clean, and the elevators were fast; there were many of them.
