The negatives: no toilet paper or towels (eventually resolved), wardrobe too smelly to hang my clothes, pillows they should've chucked ages ago, BABY COCKROACHES!
NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE."

I highly recommend this hotel! It has such great vibes, and the view is absolutely spectacular—perfect for sunset lovers and those who enjoy infinity pools.

The atmosphere and the food were both amazing! I loved the place—it’s perfect for friends, family, and couples. It’s also a great spot for dating and unwinding.
This restaurant is highly recommended—truly, highly recommended! 🫶🏻
I would also like to commend the chef and the staff who assisted us. They provided excellent service and made our experience very satisfying.
I forgot to ask their names, but the service crew at the roof deck went the extra mile to find a lighter for my birthday cake candles, which I truly appreciated. Their kindness and dedication to their work were remarkable. It made the whole experience even more wonderful.
I would definitely book here again—not only because the place is convenient and accessible, especially for those who prefer the Manila area, but also because the staff are all friendly and fantastic. From the front desk and security guards to the buffet team, everyone is amazing and hardworking.
Keep it up! I will definitely recommend and come back again to Lime Resort.
God bless you all! 🤍🤍🤍🤍 xoxo
Ttravellers 2025It's nice that the apartment is close to the airport and that you can use the swimming pool and the gym. But the bed is so uncomfortable and in the bathroom is a smell that's really, really disgusting, so we wouldn't go back there. There's no isolation as well, so it's very noisy too.
AAngelina_sThe location is good, that's where the pros end. For 4500 rubles per night you get: falling apart furniture sealed with tape, cracked tiles in the bathroom and weak water pressure, there is a washing machine, but there is nowhere to dry clothes, drying on the balcony is prohibited. If you want to relax on the balcony, you will comfortably settle down on a stool. The icing on the cake will be crowds of cockroaches that crawl everywhere, including on the dishes.
SSarah1404Confusingly this is part of the Savoy hotel but I think these are the less expensive rooms. You can walk here from T3 which is handy. It was ok, basic, comfortable but the room smelled damp. We weren't in it for long as unfortunately wd had a nightmare booking this through Trip. Our flight was delayed so we booked last minute but the hotel could not find the booking. It wasn't resolved for 2 days and meanwhile I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours (exhausted) before accessing my room. I had to pay again for the room and wait for a refund. The queues at reception were very long and one staff member was abrupt and rude.
GGuest UserVery confusing booking. No address or hotel information.
No answer on cell phone number, only by text, and also through a local person trying to call.
The booking and handling process were very questionable. Not recommended for first-time visitors; it can be very stressful.
In the end, this was at the Belmont Hotel, where I've booked before, and this hotel is excellent and well-located.
Amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing.
More timely transparency would be very helpful.
GGuest UserThe swimming pool was nice, but the owner didn't have tickets. My child was sad because we brought their swimming gear. We weren't told we needed to inform them earlier. I thought tickets were bought at the reception. Anyway, now I know for next time.
The air conditioning unit was pointed at the living area, and the bed was underneath it. I slept really sweaty even though the AC was on full blast, but the person who slept on the sofa bed was freezing. I hope they can fix the AC's position because it's actually cold enough, but I just couldn't sleep properly. There were a few small cockroaches on the table, which is unavoidable because of leftover food.
Self check-in and check-out were very convenient. It was clean, and the elevators were fast; there were many of them.
