"This Hotel is so elegant compared to its affordable rate, the elegance of this hotel can be rated 4 stars although they do not have restaurants yet but they have the basic guests needs if needed. Breakfast is delicious though it is plated but the best feature here is their free airport shuttle which they provided when i need to pickup my husband from terminal 1 to the hotel, i will pick this hotel again everytime im gonna pick my husband on his next arrival"

Amazing
GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent and worth booking. All aspects that makes a hotel grand has been very well delivered. All the staff members are respectful, attentive and kind. I will definitely book to stay in this hotel again. Thanks everyone for making our stay special.
AAnonymous UserThe layout of the hotel is not fitting for a “luxury” hotel like they claim. Their service is only surface level friendly but not helpful at all. Those who have stayed in plenty of hotels would understand that what we need is the hotel staff actually being helpful. I purchased breakfast during check in, I mentioned it many times that it’s for my father who needs to leave early in the morning, the next day we found out the front desk did not register this purchase and my dad told me the staff were super unhelpful and even rude. The check in line was so long yet they couldn’t even do their task right. Another unpleasant surprise is that big hotels usually deliver the items door front, isn’t this part of the service? But Conrad won’t even allow the item to reach their lobby (third floor), let alone deliver it to your room. Lastly, their furniture are so old, like the TV we couldn’t even watch or even close it. Their shower and toilet door keeps smacking onto the glass door Bec of poor structure. All these makes it an unpleasant stay. My first time leaving a bad review ever.

Great
PPrincess PeaI book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport. Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would need.
The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all).
The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a casino and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance.
If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.
GGuest UserPros, friendly staff, clean rooms, and good air conditioning
ng , Breakfast was good, green and calm environment in a central location, Asia Mall nearby, swimming poor, Restaurant food was good. Friendly cat
Cons, I was charged over 700 paso for stains on the sheet and a pillow? I suspect this came from the numerous mosquito bits I had scratched too much and put on antiseptic cream.
I have been in nearly 130 countries around the world and never had such a charge
I have broken things and paid and that is appropriate
I don't know if such charges are the norm in the Philippines. Hopefully not as now in El Nino for 9 nights. I will be back in Manila , bit reluctant to stay at The Henry, sad, because it's a nice place
AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay in this hotel , the breakfast has many cuisines, Japanese. Asia , Philippines, American
Selection , room is good, cleannesses well made,
Very near to airport terminal 3 by walking distance, easy to access to the expressway without any delay of traffic conditions.
__WeChat240234****The room is very spacious, and the gym facilities are well-equipped, offering great value for money. The elevators require card access, which adds to the security. There's a shopping mall and a large supermarket downstairs, making shopping very convenient. There's also a smoking area downstairs, which is very friendly for smokers.

Very Good
SShenlan314Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too.
**Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology.
**Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised).
**Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room.
**Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.
Mmarie lunaI book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair.
2. The wall got painted falling.
3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working.
4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it.
5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair).
6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay.
7. No fridge, and iron.
8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security
9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it.
10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi.
11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble.
Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night.
Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel.

Good
AAnonymous UserThe room is comportable for family of three and had a great view The staffs are helpful and welcoming. The place is perfect for exploring manila.
GGuest UserWe had a nice and comfortable stay at Stone House Hotel. What we liked most is its location. It's very accessible to MRT , LRT, jeepneys and buses . We just walked from.the hotel to MRT Taft / LRT Edsa stations. About the hotel, we stayed in a Double standard room with shared bathroom ( meaning the bathroom is not inside out room ) , but the shared bathroom was complete with amenities such as soap and shampoo and hair dryer. Hot and cold showers are available
All parts of the hotel are clean . Water dispenser was provided in the lobby of each floor level . You can take the stairs or elevator on going up and down
There's also a restaurant with good food. As for the hotel staff, all of them were accommodating, friendly, courteous and helpful. You can check in early as long as there's available room with minimum pay like 400 Php.. We extended for 3 hours and we paid only Php 300. . The front desk officer booked grab taxi for us from.the hotel to the airport with Php 162.00 only as fare because it's not peak hours.
