AnMacsOur stay at Conrad Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing stay.
The weekend breakfast buffet turned out to be a nice surprise. Since the hotel seemed fully booked, probably due to the expected opening of the Pyromusical event, breakfast was extended to the C Lounge instead of being limited to The Brasserie. The C Lounge actually made the experience better, as it was more spacious and even had live saxophone music, which added a nice touch to the morning.
We also appreciated the Conrad stuffed toy and the birthday cake, which was a thoughtful and charming touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with the quality service expected from Conrad.

Guest UserThe room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.

The hotel's overall facilities are a bit dated. The lobby doesn't really look like a Marriott either, to be honest. However, it's well-maintained, and the cleanliness is excellent. The service is standard Southeast Asian style. During check-in, I had an issue with my credit card and couldn't process the deposit. The front desk lady was decisive and let us check in directly without the deposit, which was very nice. The hotel breakfast, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options.

Guest UserThe location is convenient, with plenty of food options and a supermarket nearby. Aside from being a bit pricey and having a lot of Chinese guests, there's nothing else really wrong with it. However, I won't be coming back to Manila; they check your bag everywhere you go and don't allow you to bring water.

The location is good, about 800 meters walk from SM. Other reviews mentioned a shuttle service to SM, but I didn't try it since it was quite close. It's 6 km to attractions like Plaza de España and 7 km to Airport T1. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful and even upgraded my room. The breakfast was quite mediocre, with limited options, and the quality of the disposable toiletries was very poor, which was a letdown. The hangers were fixed inside the closet, so I couldn't take them out to dry clothes. It's more of a hotel apartment type, and the price was a bit high. I'm not sure if it was 'big data price discrimination' because I saw the price for the next day was much cheaper later on.

Guest UserThe hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk even offered free printing services, which was a nice touch. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast menu changed daily, and it was quite good.
The room was spacious and very clean, with good hygiene standards. There's a shuttle bus service to MOA, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around.
The only downside is that you need to be okay with the slightly outdated bathroom facilities, as it's an older hotel. If that's not a deal-breaker for you, then I'd say this hotel is a solid choice and I'd consider booking it again.

Guest UserThis hotel is located very close to the airport, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. I contacted them beforehand to find out where the hotel shuttle pickup point was. Once there, I called them, and the shuttle arrived in about 15 minutes. I had the shuttle to myself, which was a nice bonus.
The room was clean and came equipped with a kettle, water, and a TV. I did struggle a bit with adjusting the shower temperature, though.
Breakfast is served on the first floor in the bar/dining area. It's a single-plate service, which I actually preferred as it felt more relaxed. Airport drop-offs are by request and run hourly, 24/7, so make sure to book in advance. While the hotel is next to the airport, the terminals are on the opposite side. It takes about 10-15 minutes by car to reach any of Terminals 1-3. Also, it's very close to the runway, so you can hear the sound of planes taking off, even with the soundproofing. Some reviews might see this as a negative, but as an aviation enthusiast, seeing and hearing the planes so close up was actually quite entertaining and kept me from getting bored.

This hotel has all the amenities you could need. The shower pressure and temperature are excellent, and there's a bathtub. The room has a window with a nice view. Even though it was a smoking room, it didn't smell. Breakfast is buffet style. The restaurant on the second floor offers Japanese food, and there's a singer in the evenings, so I recommend it for dinner. If you take a separate elevator to the sauna, you get a discount (usually 1500 pesos, but 1080 pesos for guests). Although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, including the interior, so despite its age, it feels clean, which I highly appreciate.

Anonymous UserMy stay at Stone House Pasay was very comfortable. It became my temporary shelter where I could truly relax and sleep like I was at home. The comfort was great, and at the same time, it is one of the cheapest hotels in Pasay.
If you want to save even more, you can book online and choose Trip.com
as your booking platform because they offer huge discounts.
For my next visit, I will definitely choose Stone House Pasay again. Thank you to the wonderful staff they were all very friendly and accommodating.
