Great
GGuest UserThis hotel was a great stopover during my trip to the Caucasus, especially in Tbilisi. Its location is super convenient! Right downstairs, there's the marshrutka station for Armenia, a metro station, and the cable car. The clock tower and some delicious restaurants are all nearby. Even Holy Trinity Cathedral is within walking distance, and for places a bit further like the funicular, a taxi ride only costs a few Georgian Lari. The hotel doesn't offer free bottled water, but there's a water dispenser at the end of the hallway. Breakfast was decent too.
GGuest UserStays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator.
Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime.
The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order.
The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali.
I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early.
I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps.
And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand.
I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.
EEvgenyPetrovExcellent hotel, stylish and new. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with soft and cozy beds. Daily cleaning and complimentary bottled water are provided. The breakfast buffet is good. There's a self check-in and check-out kiosk. The bar staff are very helpful and will even provide ice upon request. A minor drawback is the lack of a mini-fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, but these are small details. It's a bit far from the metro and the city center, but for the price, the location is excellent, with shops nearby.
AAnonymous UserThe location is relatively convenient from the city and major attractions, within walking distance! There are many cafes and bakeries around. At the beginning, there was a lot of unpleasantness due to language communication problems! Fortunately, Ctrip helped to handle it! ! The ten-year-old boy at the back of the store who speaks fluent English is very hospitable and very helpful and warm! So the inn is pretty good!
SSergeveA great hotel for your money. Located conveniently, the Internet is stable, breakfast with national dishes. In the room is champoo, slippers, cloaks, minibar, tea-coffee.
If you cheat, I would draw attention to the variety of hot dishes for breakfast and the time of breakfast. Many tours start at 9 and breakfast from 8.
ННаталия Л.Great hotel, big cozy room, new plumbing, beautiful location in the historic center of the old city. There is a kitchen with everything necessary and dining room. Very attentive host. We have a great rest. I recommend this hotel
BbrightjungThe bed was clean and the hygiene was good. And the location was right in front of Tbilisi Station, and there was a market selling various things nearby. There was also Carrefour on the first floor of the hotel.
TTravelling meThis hotel is based in a very busy area - with lots of traffic - it’s fairly well priced and has lots of amenities around the place. It is also convenient for the mountains with a mini bus stop some 500
Metres away. The staff were very welcoming and the cleaning staff helpful - reception staff tried to help wherever they could. I would recommend for anyone needing to be in this area or arriving from Kazbegi etc.
