A chic holiday in a luxurious hotel with stunning views! We really liked this chic, luxurious and big hotel! From the entrance to the hall we have a wonderful impression met very welcoming staff. I would like to mark the incredible, very pleasant smell that feels throughout the hotel.The rooms are just chic: very spacious, with a cool little balcony and a stunning panoramic view all the main attractions of the city You can see as on your hands! The room has absolutely everything you need, it was crazy fun to spend time. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower and a very good, qualitative cosmetics from London.Breakfast was good. Not to say that the menu is very diverse, but it was all necessary, delicious and qualitative.The hotel has a great large swimming pool and a beautiful spa area with pleasant showers right in the hall. The only minus y lying at the pool is not always strictly controlled by staff. Some guests leave towels on them and leave for a long time. Therefore, you can not always find a free place at once, but if you want, you can wait a little, and it will appear.The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and large. It is very convenient to get to it on the rope road there and back, the road one way 13 minutes, and the scenic views are open around.In general, we liked everything very much. We sincerely recommend this hotel for a rest!

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

The hotel is located right outside a pedestrian street, which is nice, but it's a bit far from the main attractions, so it's not ideal for walking around. While the rooms are well-equipped, they lack attention to detail. Out of two rooms, only one had towels, and every time I turned the lights on or off, the soft furnishings behind the bed made a strange gurgling sound, like a water leak. The breakfast wasn't very diverse, and several empty tables hadn't been wiped clean, suggesting they might be understaffed. Having stayed at two hotels in Tbilisi, this one was a bit disappointing.

The hotel stay was okay, but it was a bit inconvenient that both the main entrance and the front door were locked at night and during the day, requiring me to call the front desk to let me in. It would have been perfect if each guest had a key to the main gate.

The room I got was small and dark, but I only needed it for a night before my train to Batumi – for that purpose, this hotel is excellent, as the train station is a 5-minute walk away. I wouldn't stay here longer. The mattress was comfortable, and the bedding was good. The only downside (which could be a plus for some) is that it's next to the Deserter's Market. There might have been some loading/unloading going on at midnight, or perhaps something was being unloaded right next to the hotel, so I couldn't fall asleep immediately – such work is very audible (something was constantly clanking until about 2 AM). There's a currency exchange and a 24-hour Spar supermarket nearby. The room also has a kettle.

Great hotel, big cozy room, new plumbing, beautiful location in the historic center of the old city. There is a kitchen with everything necessary and dining room. Very attentive host. We have a great rest. I recommend this hotel

The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place. The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers. Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option. Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.

The next morning I returned the car and caught a flight. This place is close to the airport by car, so I chose it. It has a good value for money. There is a restaurant next to it, and the local dishes are quite good.
