There are numerous pools (one for every two buildings), and the water quality is clear (even with fallen leaves, it's generally clean). In the evenings, a DJ spins tunes by the pool, and with the sea breeze and sunset, the atmosphere is just perfect. Excellent Location Direct access to Karon Beach! It's just a 5-minute walk from the lobby to the beach, which is quiet with fewer people, mostly Western tourists. There are 7-Eleven convenience stores on both sides of the back entrance (a 10-minute walk). To the right, you'll find the popular ice cream shop Sweet Talk and the massage parlor Let's Relax, making daily life very convenient. Attentive Service Details Upon check-in, the front desk provides a map and detailed information about the facilities. Luggage is delivered directly to your room, and some staff even take off their shoes before entering, showing great enthusiasm. The bathroom also has excellent natural light, allowing you to enjoy the tropical scenery outside while bathing. Overall, it doesn't have an overt sense of luxury; it feels more like briefly stepping into a slower pace of life on an island. One thing that particularly stands out is how user-friendly the Pullman app is. Any requests can be sent directly through the app, with real-time synchronized translation, making communication incredibly convenient!

The hotel is great and well designed and maintained There is a renovation going on in some areas which might be a bit uncomfortable but they are doing their best to accomodate guests through it There is no early check in. you will get in your room by 3:00 if it is busy. I asked for late checkout several times which was also hard to get due to occupancy. Restaurant staff, security guys at the entrance will go beyond the limit to help you. Overall nice place and good for the price.
