"Not even a welcoming bottle of water. No tea or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was meager with very few choices. Water for tea in breakfast area was more like lukewarm than hot water. The pillows and mattress in the room were so soft it cannot support your body, you just sank into the bed. It was impossible to program the TV. Weak wifi for guests who are not members. The only good thing about this hotel is its location."

"The afternoon we checked in, I discovered a "wad" of hair (human) in the desk chair; it looked like someone had cut off a ponytail and left it there....where was Housekeeping? Then the next day I woke up with what I thought were mosquito bites. It turns out that the prior people using the room had a dog (or dogs?) and the room was never sanitized so I ended up with flea bites. Big deal...they comped us one of the 2 nights we stayed there. DON'T EVER STAY HERE IF THIS IS THEIR IDEA OF HOUSEKEEPING."

"We were well taken care of. A great room, clean and very spacious. We liked staying there. But it is a hotel and perhaps housing for some people. Zero tourists. Just us. The rest of the people who were staying there were residents. I thought that was bad. Regarding cleaning the rooms, if you don't ask, they won't do it."
