Second stay. The location is very good. It is right next to the station and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to Charles Bridge and other attractions.

Heel net hotel, mooie grote kamer met alles wat je nodigt hebt. Super uit gebreid ontbijt waar je alles kan kiezen. Het personeel is beleeft en heel vriendelijk als er wat is dan helpen ze je graag. Locatie is goed dichtbij het centrum daar loop je zo heen.

Het hotel is erg goed. De kamer is modern en schoon en ligt het bed goed. Daarnaast is de service goed, men is vriendelijk en extra gratis welkomsdrankje is erg leuk. Tevens heeft het hotel een heel goed ontbijt en ligt het op een goed legen locatie.

Absolutely delightful. The hotel presents very well. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The inclusive breakfast was really very good as there was a wide variety of choice from cereals, cold cuts to hot dishes. The food was fresh and well presented and replenished regularly to ensure that you did not miss out if you wanted a particular dish. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve experienced. The location, situated not far from the main station and with the tram network right out side the front door, makes getting around very easy. It is simply a tram ride to the downtown centre. The reception staff were absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful. I had the unfortunate experience of having my wallet pickpocketed on the second day and the staff could not have been more helpful. If we return to Prague we will definitely be booking this hotel. A five star experience.

Ottima struttura, pulita, elegante. Staff molto disponibile, il personale parla italiano e si è mostrato disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Ottima colazione, abbondante e varia. Buona posizione, ci si può tranquillamente spostare a piedi o con i tram.

Aunque de entrada, el edificio por fuera puede dar un aspecto de descuidado, o viejo, o mal mantenido….en comparación con la categoría de la mayoría de edificios de Praga, el interior es completamente opuesto. Sobre el diseño interior del hotel, una apuesta por el interiorismo cuidado, con recursos fáciles pero muy bien resueltos, sobre todo en revestimientos de paredes, e iluminación sobresaliente y cuidada. El estudio que lo ha proyectado, sabia lo que hacía. Solamente una pega en las habitaciones. El “diseño” del mobiliario reconvertido a clásico a base de molduras postizas, es quizás de lo mas pobre. La apuesta en algunas de las habitaciones por el open space de la zona de lavabo con ducha e inodoro en cabinas simétricas separadas es de lo mas atractivo! Desayuno con buffet correcto, quizás con falta de algo de bollería. Comedor y zona de lo by y recepción pequeña pero muy agradable. La atención del personal muy bien. En general, un hotel para repetir!

Had a lovely stay at this hotel for 3 nights Staff are so professional and helpful Diana was really helpful as were all the other staff members. Room was clean and you had all you needed including toiletries There was some noise from the building work by the hotel not the hotels fault Air conditioned room worked perfectly,the shower needs to be looked at as it doesn’t come out of the wall far enough to cover you when showering. Breakfast was first class lots of hot and cold dishes to suit everyone.Good coffee and tea making facilities. Wi-Fi was free and adequate and you had a free safe in the room a nice touch. It is a 15-20 minute walk to all attractions just far enough away from the crowds and near metro,airport transport bus and station. If I’m in Prague again I would definitely use this hotel👏👏👏

We spent here 4 nights. Top position to visit the city (not far on foot from the stop of the AirPort Express), near to the station (don’t worry Prague is a safe city), to metro, and to bus and tram stops. Reach breakfast with everything you may wish. Nice rooms, very clean. All staff attentive and ready to answer to any question. Truly recommended.
