Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the electrical points hanging off the wall. I have been here several times and seen it get worse and worse. The receptionist needs to get her information correct as told me to visit the wrong doctor when I was sick and then sent me to wrong pharmacy for my medication. Also several people say they have been robbed here it's not very secure and the apartment doors would not challenge a smart criminal. Also saw 1 cleaner trying to do all the work which was impossible my place was never cleaned properly and even some days rubbish was not taken away.

We stayed in 2 apartments 5 guys and really enjoyed are stay. Yes apartments are basic but everything you need. Pool area nice and cleaned daily. Receptionist very helpful even ordered us a taxi for flight home. Thank you. Would defo stay again

Lovely complex with Apt 13 facing my daughter's flat over the road so location was ideal. Accomodation was quite adequate but the WiFi is a bit of a pain.....excellent on the terrace but poor to non-existent within apartment. Magnolia the receptionist was very helpful & I think the cleaner came perhaaps 3 times during the week. Lovely quiet location. Pool a bit deep (not suitable for small kids). Two Spar supermarkets nearby (which I quickly emptied of cans of Strongbow! Few minutes walk to the promenade. All in all a great experience. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay, the apartments are clean and well maintained there is some wear and tear but nothing that ruins the experience, the shower can be a little temperamental but not really anything to complain about. The receptionist was lovely, the site seemed safe enough I had my 9 year old with me and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The outside area is clean and well maintained as well, even getting new umbrellas and loungers while there. It's been quiet when we are here been able to get plenty of restful sleep, the apartments stay nice and cool in the day, well ours did. It's genuinely just a nice place to stay. We got our instructions for entering a few days before coming out so we knew what to do, the complex is gated and we haven't experienced any issues while staying. The pool is a little on the deep side being 2.5m I believe but again not an issue just something to know, as we didn't realise but that's on us! However it is wonderfully cool and provides some relief from the sun on a hot day, the pool seems to be south facing so you can expect a decent amount of time for sunbathing in peace! The area is ideal close to lots of amenities, the beach is a few minutes walk down the road as well as the main *****. Overall a lovely place to stay, great price, great area. We stayed in apt 20 and our experience was first class. Magnolia in reception was very helpful. The complex was very clean.It is very close to beaches and bars /restaurants .we would certainly go back.

After reading a couple of reviews I was a bit dubious but we have just spent a lovely weekend at these apartments. The rooms are a little dated but really clean and were well equipped. Our lovely terrace overlooked the pool which I used each day & it and the public areas were also very clean. When we arrived the reception was closed but we had been given clear instructions on how to obtain the keys for the room. The lady on reception was very helpful. I’d stay in these apartments again. Their proximity to the seafront and their location was fine, supermarket about 50m away and handy for all that Puerto Del Carmen offers. If you’re looking for a cheap getaway like we were this is just the job.

Stayed here years ago and it was ideal, yes dated etc but ok. This visit was horrid, apartment dirty,dusty, flaking paint, dirty kitchen equipment and utensils. Had no hot water or water pressure in hot water tsps and shower, complained, apparently maintenance attended , all they did was change shower head and problem was exactly same. All in all rubbish.

We arrived late Friday night, there were no instructions on how to collect your keys as reception closes at 2pm everyday. Once we eventually got into our very dated room, the smell was unbearable!! Worst, weirdest smell me and my partner have ever smelt before. Bedroom window was left wide open so staff were obviously aware of the stench of the room. Luckily we had family staying in a different hotel not far from us which we had to stay in for the full time we were booked in at this awful hotel. There was no way any normal person could possibly sleep in that apartment smelling the way it did. Not the best start to our holiday after paying €318 for 3 nights. Disgusting. When we returned to our room on a few occasions to get what we needed out of cases for the day, our front door was left wide open (obviously from cleaners) which were nowhere to be seen in our apartment! We complained about the smell of the room which the receptionist was not slightly bothered about, talking to us whilst standing with a phone in her hand, very rude and unprofessional. Would absolutely never recommend this disgusting hotel to anyone, worst experience I’ve ever had on holiday. Save your money and go elsewhere unless you want to stay and there’s also a chance you could have your belongings stolen because the staff can’t be bothered to lock doors or windows after they’ve been in!!
