It was our first time staying at this property and it didn't disappoint. The unit was more than we expected and well equipped for our weeklong stay. We didn't rent a car and were in walking distance to parks, restaurants, casinos, and the other sites we wanted to check out. The weather was perfect, and we were able to get outside every day. We plan to make this an annual event.

We book a week at the Worldmark Reno. Great location. Easy walk to El Dorado and Silver Legacy, non smoking, clean, felt safe with the front desk always staffed, locked door at night. Plenty of room and well stocked. Laundry in unit was a huge life saver. We will definitely stay again!

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel par Booking , à notre arrivé l;hôtel nous a réclamé 50$ car soi-disant Booking ne l es avait pas payé , nous leurs avons dit de se débrouillé avec Booking qui était leur interlocuteur, à notre surprise la totalité du séjour a été retiré une deuxième fois sur sur notre carte de crédit sans nous prévenir , après un heure trente de sitting dans la réception. Il se sont enfin décidé de nous rembourser , j appelé ça de malhonnêteté, confié notre carte pour une caution très très élevée de 250$ et être prelévé de 400$ c est de l abus de confiance Le réceptionniste Mr Shawn a été quand a lui très professionnel. L hôtel est de qualité avec de belles chambres La wifi coûte 10$ par jour si vous venez de la part de Booking

Second time staying at this property and again had a great stay! The rooms are great; super clean, and plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We used the kitchen to make breakfast and dinner and it was stocked with everything we needed. Looking forward to our next stay there. The only thing I’d wish for would be softer toilet paper.

The 2nd bedroom is very small and the bathroom is small. The murphy bed is a Queen and pretty comfortable.
The fire alarm went off and we had to evacate the building at night.

Vastly improved for my last visit several years ago. Desk personnel were warm, friendly and attentive. Room was in great condition and clean. Very glad it was a Good experience this time. Because my last three Worldmark experiences in Vegas, Maui and the Big Island were less then satisfactory.

The suite is very family friendly, there is a TV in every room, my kids don't fight about the TV, the room is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the staff is welcoming, the car is safe in the underground garage, Internet 24 hours $5 for two devices is acceptable. The only drawback is the hotel under construction opposite, which is not suitable for getting up too late in the morning.
