The palace is really beautiful and old.
The place is really beautiful, the room is super comfortable and the staff is very kind.

I have travelled in Italy extensively and must say that staying at the Domus 21 was the best hotel experience I have had. The location is fantastic with spacious and clean room. Most importantly, the staff are so professional and kind to make sure their guests are taken care of properly. I was scammed by a taxi driver outside the hotel. Fortunately, a hotel staff member passed by and recognised me (it was my 2nd staying). He immediately stepped in to resolve the issue for me. I highly recommend Domus 21!!

Environment: Clean, sanitary, and comfortable
Transportation: There is a bus stop downstairs, and it is also convenient to take a taxi
Facilities: I stayed in an ordinary room on the first night and a suite on the second night. Both rooms have a common problem: the bath water is hot and cold, which makes bathing uncomfortable
Service: Very good
Overall, it is recommended, but if you like hotter bath water, it is recommended to contact the front desk in advance
