I tell you my experience of a robbery:
I gave my boyfriend a weekend at the BEST SABINAL hotel in Roquetas de Mar.
Last night I left my PANDORA BRACELET in the soap dish in the bathtub, since I always take it off when I shower so it doesn't turn black.
Today we have gone to Almeria capital to spend the day there and when we arrived the room was clean and that, and my BRACELET was not where I left it. We have searched every corner of the room, which by the way, the cleaning was quite regular. We have gone to reception to see who has entered the room and that, solutions 0.
I find it unfortunate that in a hotel considered quite good and 4 stars, they have cleaning staff who are thieves.

Llegamos el martes 10 y en un principio no estábamos conformes con nuestra habitación pero la recepción del hotel fue muy resolutiva y nos dio una habitación acorde a lo que nosotros buscábamos siendo muy amables y serviciales, sufrí una caída y los socorristas Luis y Francisco me atendieron y en todo momento estuvieron pendiente a mí al igual que Gustavo de control que no se despegó de nosotras cubriendo nuestras necesidadss, ha sido mi primera vez en este hotel y voy a repetir ya que nos ha gustado muchísimo la atención tanto en restaurant como en bares como todas las materias primas de este hotel enhorabuena a la dirección de este hotel con la buena gestión que hace del mismo

El buffet excepcional y la accesibilidad para mi silla de ruedas por todo el recinto espectacular ni una sola barrera arquitectónica. Incluso siendo Agosto y estando el hotel completo la calidad del servicio era muy buena.. De todos los buffets en los que he estado este es el mejor con muchísima diferencia a destacar sus cenas temáticas cada día diferente.

Muy buen hotel y muy buen personal pero en especial queríamos agradecer a Gustavo el controlador por el magnífico trato en especial a nosotras y por supuesto con todos los huéspedes del hotel, sin duda repetiremos ya que hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas.

Pontos positivos: Bem localizado Estacionamento na zona Boa comida do buffet Pontos negativos: O check in torna-se caótico com filas enormes Reservamos um quarto com vista para o mar, chegados lá o ar condicionado nao funcionava, reclamamos, indicaram que o AC iria demorar alguns dias a ser reparado, mas tinham uma alternativa igual, no entanto chegados à receção uns 30 minutos depois disseram que tinham já reparado, fomos verificar e estava igual, tendo novamente ido à receção, tentaram-nos dar um quarto com vistas laterais para o mar onde nao cabiam 4 pessoas, tivemos que reclamar novamente, ate que ao fim de 2 horas de idas e vindas tivemos um quarto em condicoes. Só pelo facto de nos tentarem enganar 2 vezes nao repetiremos a experiencia.

Het bed was gigantisch. Mooie kamer met zeezicht. Twee tweepersoonsbedden naast elkaar. Airco is stil. Iedereen was vriendelijk. Veel keuze bij het ontbijt en het avondeten. Er waren ook Thema avonden. Goede ligging nabij busstop. Fijne wandelingen op promenade

La verdad es que esperaba más de un hotel de 4 estrellas. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, estaba viejo, bastante dejado, lo único bueno que destacaría sería el buffet libre. Sinceramente si tuviera que recomendarlo no lo haría, primero diría que buscasen otras opciones.

kamer met zeezicht op 6e etage , netjes schoongemaakt, zeer brede bedden per bed 135 cm breed, goede kussens , kluisje is gratis, dit is een fijne service , op de hal enaar de liften toe is de vloerbedekking nogal vlekkerig , dit dient wel enige aandacht. Het eten was fantastisch..zeer veel keus, iedere dag een ander thema wat eten betreft, minpunt is dat ze tijdens het diner maar 1 x langskomen om te vragen voor drinken, dit is nogal karig. Bij ontbijt en lunch kan je zelf koffie thee melk jus pakken, maar bij het diner is deze service niet aanwezig, savonds begintijd voor diner is vanaf 19:30 . Personeel aan de balie en enkele medewerkers hotel spreken engels, maar, Het zwembad is voor het aantal gasten wat in het hotel verblijft veel te klein, en er zijn helaas handdoekenleggers, het schoonmaak van het zwembad en omgeving gebeurt iedere morgen door heel veel personeel , de badhanddoeken service is gratis , en dagelijks kan je deze omwisselen .Je betaald 10 euro borg per badhanddoek bij inlevering van de bon jrijg je de borg weer terug. Het Animatieteam is aanwezig spaans met onverstaanbaar engels , de muziek staat loeihard , animatie voor. Het kiezelstrand tegenover hotel is heerlijk. De ligbedden kun je voor 5 euro perdag huren , er staan vaste parasols , Al met al hebben wij een gezellige vakantie gehad,
