Cancel the other hotel to continue stay for total of 4 days. Due to lazy to move from each hotel to each hotel under the snow period. But regret it. Because I don’t feel welcome by the staffs at all. They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly

Excellent location, services, room cleanness and facilities. You can find a washing machine and microwave oven in your room! The scallops miso soup provided in the breakfast buffet was amazing! Will come back and stay in this hotel next time when I visit Sapporo again 😊

Accommodation near subway Odori station, a short walk away. Near tanuki street and can walk to susukino. The rooms are moderately sized. Delicious breakfast There is rice that can be topped with fish roe and shrimp. There is no shared bath, but the hotel has onsen powder for you to use in your room.

Quant little hotel in the heart of minami sapporo. Convenient stores around and easy train access. Front desk is courteous. Amenities such as coffee, toiletries are available at the lobby. There’s an in house laundry you can pay thru coins and hotels own vendo machine and microwave oven.

From JR Sapporo, need to take a subway to reach the hotel, and walking up a staircase is difficult with luggage. Near to shopping and food in Susukino. Good size room, big beds, the shower and bathtub are separate, don't have to stand in the bathtub to shower. Friendly staff who understand my English. Took care of our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. Arigatou gozaimasu.

Very clean beds and quite big room with walking space. However, the shower area is quite small. Hotel breakfast spread was very sumptuous with lots of variety and it even provide complimentary ”vitagen”, ice cream and ramen at different timings! The place is near to 狸小路 6 and 7 with many eateries, drug stores and even Don Donki. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. My family booked two rooms for a total of three nights. Dismayed that used mugs and wine glasses were not washed for the duration of the trip. Hotel was generous with toiletries. Although walking distance from the station the nearest exit had no elevator access so lugging heavy luggage to the hotel in winter was not pleasant. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast spread especially the French toast.
