Arrived 30 minutes before check-in at 15 o'clock. The car goes to the roofed parking lot in front of the hotel. About 7 cars are surely roofed. 1F dining room to the kitchen counter. Welcome drinks are selected from black bean tea, homemade ginger and raw beer. Mochi beer. The first dish here. 540 potatoes, homemade kelp butter and mardon sea salt. After eating and drinking, go to your room. This hotel has 15 rooms. Limited to over 13 years old. The room we stayed this time is 2F 70 square meters open-air bath. This type is only one room. The environment is the best in front of the elevator and next to the lounge. For the time being, go to the large bath in the basement. Water, tea and ramne were cold at the entrance. The public bath is a replacement system. It was nice to have a wider right. The dryer was Dyson. I returned to the room and bottled beer in the refrigerator with a cold glass. Drinks in the refrigerator are free. Other black uranium, garana, lavender tea. Water is 2 beside the coffee maker. Dinner is 2 part system, from 18 o'clock and 20 o'clock. Everyone started at 18 o'clock because it was not full. Dinner is course dishes. I chose a counter seat. Make and put it in front of you. We eat at a fairly early tempo, but the staff is looking well and the dishes come out with a good feeling. Order white wine from the high ball of toast. It felt good and the staff poured wine. The food is delicious and the staff is not stressed. Comfortable dinner end. 2F Lounge is from 15:00 to Feika time (snack time), 20:30 to bar time, 22:00 to today's night meal time. Because it was a small hour to the bar time, I enjoyed the open-air bath in the room and enjoyed the bar time in the lounge. Sake is sake, shochu, whiskey, beer. Beer is a type poured from the server. We are happy for us who like high balls, carbonated water from the server! The snacks are dry, nuts, homemade potatoes. The night meal is one bite Inari. Sleeping and taking a morning bath. The public bath is from 6 o'clock. It is dangerous to go to bed because it is a replacement system. The man was a large morning. I was happy to have cold bottle milk in front of the entrance 〜 breakfast from 8 o'clock. Miso soup made by melting miso by oneself, rice cooked with a pot. I accidentally replaced and full from the morning. Seasonal fruit and yogurt in the lounge from 9 o'clock are given up. From the first dish to breakfast, I was very satisfied. It was an inn I wanted to come again. it was a treat

This is the first use. Even though it is a hotel, it is a mysterious inn with a sake brewery and a butcher shop. Check-in is late at 16:00. For welcome drinks, you can also choose Sake Kokushi Muso. With dessert using sake and cherry blossoms. I got it after meals. The room is very simple. There is no shower. Avoid those who want to expect a room. This plan includes 7 hours of all-you-can-drink. All-you-can-drink from 16:00 to 23:00. It's hot, so first of all, hot springs. Indoor bath 2, open-air bath, dry sauna, cold bath. For alcohol lovers, it was more sake than the bath, and everyone was eating after taking a bath. We also have a corner high after the bath! The jockey is cold and the best! 3 cups by dinner! Dinner is a two-part system, and we start at 18:00 the first time. The menu is yakiniku only. Usually 6-stage plate, but 7-stage plan. With instructions on how to bake. Yakiniku was pretty delicious ♪ Dinner is limited to 90 minutes. After eating, enjoy highball and sake while playing Othello in the lobby. Sleeping around 21:00. You can drink anywhere other than the bath. Breakfast is from 8 o'clock and this is also late. The bath is also from 6 o'clock. After taking a morning bath, go to breakfast. Breakfast is a curry or porridge 2 choice. I am porridge, my wife is curry. It's porridge! The clothes in the building are separate. I wonder if my jacket was small and my arms were tight. After that, the door of the room was reversed and it was difficult to enter and exit. Anyway, it is the best inn for those who want to drink as much as they take a drink.

Stayed there for 1 night with breakfast and dinner included. Free shuttle bus from Sapporo is available but was full when we tried to book 1.5 months in advance. The hotel staff suggested we take the paid reservation only shuttle bus (1800 yen return) that stops right infront of the hotel. Room is very big for 2 people despite our room was the smallest on the 6th floor. Big bathroom and has separate toilet. There are 2 floors for onsen. The onsen on the 2nd floor(alternate days for men and women) was nicer and has massage chairs inside the resting area. We’ve also booked the private onsen but the one we’ve booked turned out to be an old pink bathtub. Breakfast was good and has wide range of food. Dinner was average but since we’ve only paid $300 aud for 2 pp for the stay, I wouldn’t complaint. They also have free wine and coffee(machine) certain time of the day which was very nice.

We stayed at Jozankei Daiichi Hotel Suizantei in early January 2023 for 1 night - our first time here. We took the Kappa Liner Bus from Sapporo station and it was a very pleasant & scenic ride. Our bus ride was at 1215 noon & it took a bit over an hour. We chose this bus line because their bus stop is directly in front of this hotel. We arrived at approx. 1330hrs. There was a lot of snow on the ground and covering much of the front entrance, the trees, parked cars and the hotel itself. The lobby looks inviting and spacious. Check-in was very efficient. Let me say now that we are from Hawaii and we don't speak Japanese, but if there was any communication problem, it was minimal as most of the citizens here can speak a small amount or understand some English. On the frontside of the lobby is a grand room with many padded chairs & tables for relaxing, reading or conversing. On the left side of the lobby, there's a short stairway going down to a very nice & large lounge area on the right; and, a smaller coffee/pastry area on the left. The pastries here are exquisite & only a limited amount is prepared because this smaller section closes very early after lunch. Now the larger lounge area on the rightside is truly worth exploring. As soon as you enter, there is a long bar/counter where an attendant is always preparing sushi or pasty/small desserts. There is room with sofas & chairs, and self-serve coffee & a variety of teas. In the late afternoon, there is a large variety of beer or sake on tap. There are also several small Tatami-like rooms for small gatherings on the side. Now the best part - everything in this room is complimentary! On the 2nd level is a relaxation lounge area with massage chairs, a restaurant and a very nice large gift shop. I think that there is another restaurant, but it may have been under renovation at this time. After checking in, we walked across the street to a small, quaint Ramen shop. There is a counter for about 6-8 & a few small tables. Looked like a husband & wife operation. The menu was limited, but the food was wonderful (especially with the snow & cold air outside). When we first arrived, there were 3 other people - by the time we left, a crowd was waiting, standing around inside this tiny place. We couldn't venture very far in the neighboring area due to hilly & snowy roadway. This Ramen shop was truly a 'rescue joint' for us hungry, cold travelers. We opted for a room with a private Onsen. Our room was on the 6th floor and at the end of the hallway. This room was beautiful - very large - even the entry area was large. The main room was super spacious, had minimal furniture, but we really loved it. There was a small restroom with toilet and sink. At the end of the hall, there was larger room with a larger sink & shower. The onsen area was fabulous - an entry area for changing with towels, a separate section for washdown before entering the onsen. The onsen was spacious & grand with many windows that could slide o

The location is close to Nakajima Koen Station, so you have to walk a little to get to Susukino, a downtown area. About 10 minutes. It is convenient because the airport bus is nearby, but there are not many buses, so if you don't check it, you may have to go to Susukino or Sapporo.. And there is a shuttle from the hotel to Sapporo. It's very nice to have a convenience store nearby. There is a park and a small stream, so it is good for a walk. The room was big and clean(even though it's a little bit old) and I think this hotel really care about cleanliness. But there were some smell of old bathroom, except this, it was perfect. And the view was excel :)

Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. I hope you will write an easy-to-understand note in the bathroom. I will use it when I go to Sapporo again. Thank you very much.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Nest Hotel Sapporo Ekimae has its pros and cons, and my experience was a mixed bag. Here's a breakdown: Positives: Location: The biggest advantage is the unbeatable location, right next to Sapporo Station. This offers easy access to public transport, major attractions, and restaurants. Cleanliness: My room was clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities like towels and toiletries provided. Negatives: Snowy walkway: Having to navigate a snow-covered walkway could be inconvenient, especially for travelers with luggage or mobility issues. The hotel might want to consider clearing the snow regularly for better accessibility. No bottled water: The lack of a complimentary bottle of water is a small detail, but it's an additional expense for thirsty guests, especially after a long journey. Small room for 3 adults: A standard room at Nest Hotel is quite small, and with 3 adults, it could feel cramped and uncomfortable. It's important to consider room size when booking, especially for group travel. Overall: Nest Hotel Sapporo Ekimae offers a convenient location and basic amenities at a potentially affordable price. However, the lack of bottled water, potentially small room size for 3 people, and the snowy walkway could be drawbacks for some. Consider your priorities and weigh the pros and cons before booking.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.

On arrival, due to the weather and late night we decided to take a taxi to the hotel, this cost about Y1000. (after our stay it was fine weather, so we walked back to the JR station which took about 15 minutes). NB - neither my wife or myself speak Japanese, just a few phrases. Check in at the hotel was easy and straight forward, and we were directed to lifts behind reception. Our room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. We chose not to book breakfasts, we were there for the snow festival so there was a huge variety of fresh market style food available. The hotel was a very short walk from the main avenue where the festival is held. There is 7/11 located on the corner of the hotel and also a long shopping arcade a couple of minutes walkaway. We wanted to use the hotels spa facility which is shown to be on floor 9. we put on the robes provided but having taken the lift up to floor 9 we found only bedrooms. so we called reception and mistakenly asked for direction to the onsen (we should have said public bath) because we asked for the wrong thing we were told the hotel does not have an onsen and then they hung up the phone. So I changed in to regular clothes went to reception and eventually worked out that the only way to the spa was via another lift in reception. Because we had to walk through reception we elected to wear regular clothes which was fortunate because eonce we found the spa area there were large signs telling you in English) not to wear your robes in reception, of course by the time you read that in the spa you would have already walked through reception. I don't mind if there is little English signage but if you take the time to have English translations put them where they can be of use - IN THE ROOMS. (oh and you need to take the towels from your room to use in the spa too) . We found the room temperature very comfortable and both slept well during our stay. We asked the reception to make a dinner reservation for us at a popular restaurant for our second night, this took a little while as initially they assumed we wanted to book into the hotel resturant, but once we passed this confusion they reception were very helpful. Making sure we had our booking reference and even showing us on a map where it was (even though we already knew this). Other than the phone call about the onsen/bath we found the reception staff very friendly and willing to help.

GGuest UserI love love love this hotel! The location is amazing, and the directions to the hotel is really easy to follow from the Sapporo Station. There are quite a few convenience stores nearby like Lawson, 7-11 and Seicomart, so it’s really convenient when you want to get something at night. Though I did not use their amenities, it seemed to be super clean and new too. They have a smoking room on the first floor but I rarely smell any smoke when I am waiting for the lift except for one day when there were exceptionally lots of smokers, so the lifts were filled with the smell. The room size is sufficient for me, since I’m travelling solo. I had enough space to open my luggage and enough hangers to hang my clothes. However, if you’re travelling as a couple or more, it probably wouldn’t be enough. The room is really clean and you can opt for room cleaning every day, and they would replenish all of the toiletries, water and green tea/coffee sachets. You can decide whether to change your bedsheet all of that, by placing a card on the bed to request for new bedsheets. The Tanukikoji Shopping Street is around 15-20mins walk from the hotel, may not be close for others but you can take the train from Sapporo :) for me, because I love walking, it was a pretty okay distance for me to walk. There are also some tourists attractions that are within walking distance such as the JR Tower, Sapporo Clock Tower, Sapporo TV Tower, Hokkaido University, etc. The only con I could find is that the staffs don’t really speak in English. So I had to use the translation app to ask them questions. Overall, I would want to stay there again when I’m travelling to Sapporo. It’s close to the central station so it’ll be easier for me to do day trips out of Sapporo.

GGuest UserMy family booked two rooms for a total of three nights. Dismayed that used mugs and wine glasses were not washed for the duration of the trip. Hotel was generous with toiletries. Although walking distance from the station the nearest exit had no elevator access so lugging heavy luggage to the hotel in winter was not pleasant. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast spread especially the French toast.

LLongKhaiGreat location, comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The best part is the staff very helpful in making dinner reservations since i cant speak Japanese. The buffet breakfast is delicious with many varieties and selections. One area to improve is if the hotel could provide drinking water or water refill services, then it will make the stay perfect.

SSIU MINBest Western Sapporo Odori Koen has good value for your money. We had a triple beds family room. It is somewhat small, but hotel rooms are typically small in Japanese standard. It should not be compared with Best Western Hotel sizes in North America. The hotel front desk lobby is nicely decorated. Hotel room has a good size desk, it has a mini fridge, kettle, drawer with instant coffee, creamer and sugar. It also has a window but not much to view. It is compact but well equipped. The front desk hotel staff were friendly, polite and spoke OK English. Vending machine on ground floor was stocked with a variety of drinks, including beers. Two microwave ovens were available on hotel lobby, so you can heat up some foods from convenient stores, but I preferred it was inside my room. I particularly like this hotel provided generous supplies of instant coffee, creamer, sugar, green tea bag, stir-stick at hotel lobby for guests, even though there were supplies in my room, so you can replenish without asking. In term of location, It is almost 17 - 18 minutes walk from Sapporo Station (about 1.3 to 1.4 km walk), it is somewhat far. However, if you know the area well, you may get to the hotel mostly in the underground shopping street from Sapporo Station, this is very important to know if you visit Sapporo in the winter. Once you checked into the hotel, it is conveniently near many attractions, including Sapporo TV Tower, Odori Koen, Tanukikoju Shopping Street (many restaurants there). If you get into the underground shopping street, the restaurant choices are almost unlimited.

JJajiA very new hotel with an ideal location and environment. The surrounding transportation facilities are complete. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. I am very satisfied with my stay with my friends this time. The service staff were very polite and patient in answering our questions. The hygiene level was very good and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It is worth recommending to friends.
