The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was neat and clean, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience."

"My husband and I visited Putuoshan during the off-peak season on a weekday. We drove from Shanghai and took a ferry from Banshengdong pier to Putuoshan for a pilgrimage. We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Banshengdong, which is conveniently located very close to the pier. The price was really great, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite good too. There's a beautiful view right across from the hotel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my parents next time."

"The room was spacious and bright, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. All the staff members were very polite. They even offered dinner in the evenings. The hotel is very close to the pier and provides a shuttle service. Breakfast was clean and offered a good variety. I stayed for two nights and had an amazing overall experience. The room was clean and tidy, the service was thoughtful and attentive, and the location made getting around very convenient. I felt secure and comfortable during my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!"

The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The lobby facilities are well-equipped, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. "The room is generally OK, with a screenless TV, wireless network information displayed in the corner, and the **paid network is on the desk. There is no free socket at the desk, and all the sockets do not have USB charging ports. There are no free slippers in the room (slippers cost 30 yuan). It is split into two floors, the floor height is a bit low, and it is a bit depressing. The bathroom decoration is a bit primitive, and I don't know what era it was designed. The front desk or the corridor has a feeling of war, which makes me feel that it is not worth the money compared to the room. Didn't anyone on Ctrip check it out? I am impressed that such a hotel is collected"
