I cannot really descripe how amazing my stay was everything was perfect staff was really welcoming this stay was really shocking to me i thoght there were no more hotel caring about their geusts more than money but your hotel was taking care about everything , staff done my room house keeping 4 times in two nights only , all drinks in mini bar was free they give me free deserts free chocolate daily , they even helped me with my tours , thank you very much i can tell it wont be my last visit i will see you soon for sure .

Rooms was bit small but not affecting your Quality
The only thing has to be fixed is the sewage smill you can provide Air difusser or Auto refreshers ,

Small but exquisite. Great location. The main street is just outside. All attractions are within 15 minutes' walk. The hotel service is super considerate.

Checked in late at night, the front desk sent us to the room, and gave us a free mini bar and a piece of naan in the room. The service was very good.
Traveling alone, I booked the cheapest room, with an inner window, and it was only for one night, so it didn't have much of an impact.
Amenities: L'Occitane. The air conditioner was Daikin, blowing towards my head, and I needed to adjust it to a low wind when sleeping.
Overall it was great.

Opposite the Alfonso and right in the historical district( minutes from everything) Fantastically modern with everything working. We were lucky with a bath in the bedroom as well as a wonderful marble shower in the bathroom. English speaking TV channels and good free WiFi included. They do have parking but we didn't book early enough and missed it. Parking 50 paces away in a safe underground car park at 23 euros a day. What really stood out were the front desk team. So friendly and so much useful local knowledge delivered with a smile.

La ubicacion es extraordinaria, la habitation muy hermosa, el personal es muy cualificado, eficiente e amable. Lástima que el WFi no está asegurado. Por la falta de agua colgamos las toallas en los ganchos para usarlas el día sguiente; no obstante son cambiadas cada día.

La experiencia en el hotel ha sido inmejorable. La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está situado en un punto estratégico que permite acceder en pocos minutos andando a los principales atractivos de la ciudad. La habitación es excelente, muy amplia, muy bien decorada y equipada con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia perfecta. Lo mejor del hotel ha sido el trato por parte de todo el personal, que nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. Una experiencia 100% recomendable. ¡Volveremos!

Fantastic stay, this hotel is well situated for all the sights of Sevilla. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond in their efforts to please us even organising a surprise cake for my Wife’s birthday and front row seats at a flamenco show. Truly some of the best guest service I have ever experienced. The hotel room itself was light and bright and clean and spacious. I cannot state how good this hotel is.
